hesitant to give them a low rating, but …

I’m very hesitant to give them a low rating. Initially they were remarkable. They had the vehicle I’d been looking for. They worked with me on the price and gave me a fair trade. I was very happy with the purchase. In June, I bought a 2021 BMW 330i. But … almost immediately I started having problems with the car. The “check engine” light came on. That was the most frightening experience ever. Can you imagine engine troubles on a car you only just bought! Fortunately I took the vehicle to the BMW dealership and they were able to correct the issue, under warranty! Then just about a week or so later, I started getting notifications that the battery needed attention. By the next week it was clearly time to replace the battery. Now, with this particular vehicle, the computer systems are connected through the battery, so there were a variety of problems forcing me to replace the battery. Then , after spending almost $600 to replace the battery, I get news that the reason the battery went down so quickly is because the alternator is not functioning to capacity. Soon I’ll have to replace it, and that could be a $2500 job!
Well, I began to wonder if I’d actually purchased a lemon. So I called Bolton and was quickly told the car only had a 3 month warranty, and that I’d had it 4 months. Wow! I almost couldn’t believe that was their response. It almost felt like the issues had been fixed to not present themselves until after the warranty expired. I was floored. I have no idea what to do next.
