Moving can be stressful, but this team makes it effortless! Their service is absolutely top-notch—fast, efficient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend them more for anyone in need of support when relocating. A friend recommended them to me, and now I’ll be passing that recommendation along to everyone I know. Five-star service all the way!

Bolt removals stored my furniture etc. while I was looking for a house. They then transported my furniture from storage to my new home.
I cannot fault them they worked really hard all day and nothing was too much trouble. They were really careful with my possessions and ensured that I did not lift anything and that the items went into the correct rooms. I would definitely use them again.

I've had a prompt and thorough explanation of what happened, including an apology. It's rare for companies to act quickly and to apologise. So I'm amending my review. I can't speak to their wider service but I'm pleased they responded to me quickly and honestly.

Bolt removals posted a flyer to me advertising their services, not at my request. I presume from scanning online house sale details.

Unfortunately they don't afix sufficient postage so I had to pay £1.50 to get the item delivered. Obviously I had no idea what it was when laying the additional postage.

Poor.

Diolch Bolt for your fantastic work on our house move. They made light of the flight of steps at our old address and were only too pleased to make the move into our new place as stress free as possible. Fun, personable, helpful. Bolt are a great company with skilled and efficient staff.

Would give more than five stars if I could! Used Bolt for two house moves plus storage, with full packing service and bed dismantling and rebuilding. So professional, helpful and friendly, every single member of the team was fantastic. Highly recommend these guys. Cheaper than many of the big well known firms and nicer to deal with too.

Bolt Removals were fantastic from start to finish when we moved offices. Everything was moved safely and efficiently both to and from storage, and the team were also very flexible when we had to change our moving date. We'd highly recommend them to anyone, thank you!

Fantastic service. The guys were very careful and considerate with our belongs. The process was very managed and well smoothly during the day.
Packing service was first class and completed the day before the move.
The team also helped out our seller move some of her furniture at the end of the day. Now that’s service!!!

Bolt gave me a very reasonable quote after coming and looking at exactly what was being moved and what I required. They were easy to contact and happy and quick to answer any queries or concerns I had beforehand. They were then prompt and very hard working. were polite and respectful, of my possessions, myself and others helping me. They did a wonderful job and made it as stress free as it is possible to make a house move!! I am very glad I chose them to move me.

What a fantastic company to use for a recent house removal. The quote was good value and the office staff were very understanding relating to changing dates of moving etc. The staff who did the moving were 100% excellent, all of them!! We couldn’t have asked for any more from a removals company. They went above and beyond. I would strongly recommend them for both value and service 👍👍👍

Bolt House move
Moving an elderly parent can be stressful enough especially when they have organised the removal company themselves, however at 8 am bolt we're at the property in action! They only spent a few hours to completely shell the house, all paintings were carefully wrapped and placed into a protective mattress like holder, boxes were supplied and contents carefully added with wrapping, my father whom the move was for had not prepared for the move and this was stressing me out, the bolt guys however just came in and took over! FairPlay, and very much appreciated, once at the new property (a wait of 3 hours for Bolt) their same dedication and support unfolded into the new property with minimal fuss a big smile and an enthusiastic performance! Thanks for a stress free removal guys would recommend to anyone after the personnel touch.

Great experience using Bolt removals (and at a good fair price). The team were efficient, careful with our things, and were keen to make sure everything was where we wanted in our new home. They were also really friendly and helped make moving home pretty stress free. Would definitely recommend.

The job was turned around quickly, the Bolt staff were very helpful, understanding and careful when moving our stuff.

The whole Bolt team made moving house for the first time in 35 years as stress free as possible and treated all our possessions as if they were handling the crown jewels.

We had a late change meaning our move was brought forward by nearly a week. The Bolt team came on the Saturday and packed, and packed then began to move us into our new home.

They came back on the Monday for the final items and we were all done in advance of the set time. A miracle.

Luckily they were moving our purchasers too and the two teams communicated throughout Monday.

Not rushing to move again but when we do we will come back to Bolt.
