These guys are true professionals. They turned up at bang on 8.00, introduced themselves, and moved all our stuff with no damage to any goods. Super friendly too. Absolutely recommend.

We had very large plants in pots that I have been growing for over 20 years. They moved all of them. At the other end they put all the plant's exactly where I wanted them. Despite it being very heavy and awkward they were better than any company I have ever used. Very polite and professional.

Bolt stepped in at extremely late notice to handle a 3-bed house removal after another company let me down. Booking was easy and the team carefully considered my needs/questions when handling my quote. The price was extremely good for the service provided.

On the day the two porters arrived exactly on time, they were polite and friendly and had the entire house packed in 90 mins flat. They loaded everything very carefully and skillfully and not a single damaged item throughout the whole day.

My key collection was delayed by four hours and we had to wait painstakingly outside of the new property. They were completely understanding and patient and the job was finished excellently in the end. They even kindly gave me some extra plastic sheeting for a table that was completely impossible to squeeze through the narrow new property door, so that I could store it outdoors safely until I made arrangements for it.

The whole experience was a delight and I wouldn't use anybody else for my removals in future. Made what would otherwise have been an extremely stressful day - easy.

I’ve just used Bolt Removals for my house move and it was a great experience, from the moment I had a video call with Ana and got a quote, to the moving day itself. Julian and his team went out of their way to be helpful throughout, making it a stress-free move. The moving team on the day were friendly, so considerate and also speedy - I was in my new house must more quickly than I expected!

Recently used Bolt Removals to move house within Cardiff, we paid for the packing service as well. They were very helpful in explaining the process, packed the house the day before, with all boxes carefully packed, and marked with the contents and room. On moving day they were punctual, extremely efficient, very friendly and reasonably priced.
We would happily use them again in the future.

This company yesterday moved our daughter from the Heath to Old St Mellons and I would like to say how professional, kind and caring the crew were. They were amazing especially under the circumstances of bad weather and a long delay caused by solicitors etc until the keys of the new house were available.
We were impressed by the care they gave to Andrea’s property and the fact that all the carpets in the new house were protected from damage marks by being covered and the crew wearing shoe protectors. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends and family - thankyou to the crew who were so good to our daughter.

We were moving home, they turned up early, loaded the vans accomadated us by also loading up from a storage unit near by. When ibwas vacuuming they even move furniture out of the way for me!

Unfortunatly house move didn't complete due to other issues in the chain but they were willing to move our items into a storage unit near the destination address.

Honestly such nice people too.

They covered TVs, doors placed rugs down on carpeted areas. They were brilliant and well prepared. What was a stressful day was definitely made easier by them. Definitely going to recommend them to others in thr future.

I'm sorry this has taken me a while to write....I'm still 'moving in'!!

I wanted to write to say how 'blown away' I was by the service your guys provided on the day of my move. It appeared that nothing was too much trouble for them from start to finish and everything was completed with cheerfulness and good humour (despite two flights of stairs in the new property!). They certainly went 'above and beyond' my expectations - one guy even supported the weight of my backpack as I was walking with it! When I couldn't find my handbag they showed real concern and helped me to unpack my car in an effort to find it. Please let them know that I had left it in my old house and I have now been safely reunited with it! All in all, your guys made a very stressful day more manageable than I was expecting. Please pass on my heartfelt gratitude to them all - and I will be recommending Bolt Removals to anyone and everyone!

These guys provided value for money, anticipated our needs and went beyond what was required of them - even in trying circumstances. Their detailed estimate and approach far exceeded Newport competitors we approached who rightly require more challenge. In addition, we gave each of the five workers a further token of our appreciation.
