Very happy with the purchase of my new region free Blu-Ray and DVD Player. So far, So good, the product is functioning well and has played all my region free DVDs. Ordering the product on the website was simple and the turnaround with free shipping was relatively fast. Will definitely do business with Bombay Electronics again in the future.

This was the only on line company that gave a phone number for me to call. The person who answered was polite and knowledge of products. He answered my questions with patience. I was told when to expect my order and it actually arrived on time. I will return to the company when i need my next product.

So far I have played dvds, bluerays, and vcds. They all played well, although I do not yet have any 'out of region discs yet.

Product description was detailed enough to make me ourchase it on the spot. Website was very user friendly. The all region dvd/blueray/pal player arrived in a week to my door via fedex, and was reasonably priced. You should advertise more, because rarely is an online company so competent.

The problem was resolved to my satisfaction

I wanted a Free Region player and bought one from Amazon and they said it was Free Region. Well, got it and only played region 1. So went on internet and found Bombay and they had all kinds of Free Region ones to pick. I bought another Samsung and they guaranteed would be Free Region. Guess what? IT WAS!!! Popped in a Region 2 and played just fine right out of the box.
