Avoid , used bondi sands foam tan , green ! Brand new bottle. Alerted bondi sands to discuss the green tan I was left with after use , zero communication back , avoid this tan , unless you want to look like green grinch , took a scourer to take the tan off next day and skin still a tinge of green . I will stick to St Tropez … never again

I have been using bondi for years now and I’ve never had any problems with the self tanners. My fave is the liquid gold! Please make the bottles bigger!! But the worst one I have used is the ultra express! It drys so quickly, leaves dark marks all along my body! It’s hard to blend into the skin and the smell is not good! I’m gutted this tan is no good!

By far the best self tanner I've ever used and definitely happy that I switched from another cheaper brand to Bondi Sands. I very much enjoy picking how much of a rich level of dark it goes the longer you leave it on. Few bucks more, but worth every penny!!!!....... Highly Recommend, and it's never streaky, best self tanner anyone could ask for!!!!

Best fake tan mouse ever ! Never streaky or patchy ! Very natural looking tan , not orange at all ! I’ve been using it for years ( not often ) once in a while when I need a bit of a sun kissed tan . My only complaint is that the the baby face retinol smells very strong like alcohol and doesn’t seem to do much . Overall best of best out of all fake tans ! Highly recommend

Not impressed with the gel cleanser. It is so runny and not a good tube to store upright as it runs into lid and you have to open it very carefully as it runs out very fast and although you don't need much, too much flows out which is so wasteful. It's just a cleanser and nothing special so 1 star from me and would not buy it again.

It does what it says, nothing special, you need to reapply alot.

This fast express product caused me to have 3 hives outbreaks in 2022, and 2023. I am aware of this because I got hives everywhere I put the product. Anywhere that I didn't put the product I didn't have an outbreak eg. face, neck and lower back. I just tried the product again and after being told by dermatologists that it was a drug reaction, I didn't think of a chemical. My skin on my legs and décolletage once again began to get itchy. I have notified my specialist about this for confirmation. I know have scarring on my legs, decollage wnd upper back.

Been using Bondi sands tan for a while now but never tried the liquid gold. Reviews where really good so gave it a go. First the smell is nice even when it has settled, has given me a lovely dark tan that I am happy with and I'm very fussy. It was very easy to apply especially with it been an oil. It didn't dry as quick as they said, but I don't mind that because it produces a great tan and it was also great on my face. I didn't see any transfer on my sheets or my white top either. I purchased from Amazon as it was cheaper on there and I can't always afford to buy from the site itself. Looking forward to testing out anything new or I've missed. brilliant product.... Well for me anyway

The BEST self tan mousse Ive ever used! I gave up on using fake tans because of the awful smell they have in general and the orangey tone to colour…until I gave Bondi Sands Aero Mousse a try!
So,so impressed!! It has a really delicate coconut smell on application,and after it was washed off there was no residual chemical smell whatsoever!! The colour lasts well and its really affordable. Cannot recommend highly enough. 5 stars from me!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I reached out the customer support online as my order was missing two items. I got put through to Lei on the online chat, and they managed to sort out replacements in mere minutes! Absolutely impeccable customer support, very kind, attentive, and speedy!

3 stars and not more simply because most of your products either are green base (not for me, as I have neutral-warm undertone) or don’t get me dark enough. On top, your gradual tan for the body has 4 parabens, which is very questionable in this modern day today. I think the best for me personally are your products from the Gold line, just wish they would get me darker.

I have been using self tan for many years so I know how to apply and get good results. I have used various brands until I found my absolute favourite over 10 years ago. Sadly this brand was discontinued so I gave Bondi Sands a try. The price is cheaper than my old favourite and the smell (coconut) is pleasant. There I’m afraid the positives end. The lotion is thick, sticky and has a green tinge on application. You certainly can’t go out until you wash off hours later! However, applying overnight isn’t an option because it stains the bed linen. If you apply too much in certain areas it is hard to correct. This obviously results in streaks or dark patches if you aren’t ultra careful. I left the lotion on several hours as instructed then washed off to reveal not a golden tan but a fake looking orange- absolutely awful! So disappointing- won’t use again and have thrown the remainder in the bin.

I absolutely love bondi sands for their fake tan products, as well as their SPF and skincare. I find the SPF is moisturising, as someone who hates how suncream feels due to the oily and sticky feeling of it, Bondi sands is perfect - it melts into your skin and is very lightweight.

Moreover, the customer service team are wonderful. I ordered from the sale two weeks ago, and was emailed promptly to be made aware they had sold out of the SPF lipbalm flavour I ordered, I was given multiple options (including refunds, or replacement) I decided to go for another flavour lipbalm, and my package was shipped very fast - arriving two days after being originally emailed. In particular, Lei from the bondi sands team was very kind and very speedy response.

Bondi sands used to be my go to. But since the change in formula, it’s has become orange and leaves you with the worst. Most irritating rash. I have scratched my skin raw on my legs arms and tummy. Moisturiser doesn’t do much to help with the itching. It’s excruciating. Hands down the worst bloody tan on the market today.

Love the products but the customer service is AWFUL, don't order directly from the site spend your money with a retailer instead! My order went missing and they refused to help me and said it was up to me to raise it with Royal Mail and deal with it. Although it is the retailers' duty to ensure the products arrive to the customer. The representatives were very unhelpful and unprofessional. They very kindly just resorted to ignoring my emails.

I use Bondi Sands, dark foam religiously, once a week.

I recently decided to try their Aero formula, however wasn’t a fan of the colour and it came out patchy.

This is a shame as their products are expensive, so I contacted their customer service on live chat via their website.

I contacted them at 10pm on a Saturday night and was instantly connected with an advisor. Omar was on the case and resolved my issue in a matter of minutes.

I love their dark foam and their customer service was excellent, to be able to sort my query instantly at this time of night.

This stuff is stinking 🤮 such an awful smell

I made an order, as I thought it was a great deal having a discount on products that weren’t currently discounted in store. I also thought I could try new products that weren’t avail in store.
I made my order and it took days to be packed, finally posted over a week after ordering and then for the last month I haven’t received my goods.

They use star track but use a courier service so they can’t drop your package at a post office. I waited to find my tracking said wrong address. The reason it was “wrong” was because the postage company couldn’t be bothered looking for my address and marked it as wrong address. I discussed with customer service of bondi sands that I just wanted a refund and to cut ties with this company, due to such incompetence from the courier, the wait time and just generally wanting my money back to buy the items elsewhere. I was refused and told they need to confirm the item would be on its way back to me. The tracking stated it was, but they didn’t believe that or me.

I was told they could get back to me in 24 hrs. 3 days later I got an answer, “we are still investigating”
After a month, I finally received my package after being on the phone for hrs to Star Track in order to get it. I just feel like their postage service they use is almost impossible if you work, have a life, because you have to be home all day just to receive it or drive to an obscure warehouse in the middle of no where just to get it. The customer service was dismissive, didn’t care, gave this false gross behavior of “OMG BABE xoxoxox” and it’s just cringe.
I feel like if they just took into consideration that their customers actually wanted to be looked after, and not treated like an after thought, it would have had a better outcome.

Now I have these items that to be honest, I don’t even want anymore because I bought them in store, and s really bad taste in my mouth from customer service. They don’t care about your patronage, they don’t care how much you’ve spent, all they want is your money. They don’t even care if you had a good experience or a bad. It’s just been horrible all around and I advise anyone not to order off the website. Go to retailers if you want the products or literally anywhere else to get other tanning products.

I won’t be repurchasing from this website ever again due to the horrible customer service, long waits for postage and general “we just want your money, and don’t care about you” attitude. Save your money

By far the worse tanning moose I have ever used! I bought dark and it doesn't even look like tan it looks like dirt in odd places.. the rest of me just looks pale! And the smell is awful and makes you all sticky. Wish I'd stuck to my usual now as I don't have anything else to use in the house. First thing I've bought off them and will be the last aswell
