My partner ordered me two sweaters in SEPTEMBER as a Christmas present for me. We STILL haven’t heard from them in all this time. Sent countless emails etc. If we do get a response it’s quite clearly automated. Luckily his bank stepped in and he got his money back through charge back. So this company is a total scam. So they kept our money which they took straight away.

I was weary to purchase something from an ad on Instagram, but am very happy with my orders!

I did not receive any tracking information and I still 01/11/24 have not received my purchase.

I have ordered several sweaters and love all of them. Always a favorite.

Nice clothes, good quality and great designs. Extremely slow shipping. Took me more than 2 weeks to receive goods that were marked as in stock. And this was not even international as I bought it in Switzerland.

Ordered two tshirts from the site on November 27, it said “will ship in between 5-10 business days.” I finally got a shipping confirmation on December 12, they arrived on December 17 - when I had already left for holidays.

I emailed their support 3 times asking for an update and did not receive any reply.

Very bad service! I ordered 3 items in August 2023 and haven’t received them yet. I sent so many messages via email and Instagram and only got a response once with the confirmation that the items will be sent asap. But that never happened and all other emails have since been ignored and on Instagram they have mutet the conversation and also the comments below their posts. It is so annoying and frustrating as I spent time and money for NOTHING! I highly recommend not to order anything from this company.

Ordered two products over 5 weeks ago. Still nothing delivered and customer service is not responding to emails 👎🏼

I am waiting for over seven weeks now for my order! I paid seven weeks ago - no information where my products are. I contacted the support and I have been waiting for three weeks now. No response and no products. Awful customer service. No apologies and I just hope I will get my order.

I ordered several bags to give as gifts to friends, but they treated me as a seller and unilaterally canceled the order. Their attitude was so arrogant that I have decided not to place any future orders with them. There are plenty of attractive bags available from various sources around the world. :-)

I ordered 2 T-shirts 2 months ago and I still didn’t get anything. No shirts, no response to my message, no response to my complaint on PayPal.

I sent several messages to customer service to have an idea about the delivery date since I was due to travel and had no confirmation of shipment 10 days after ordering and never got an answer.

I have been waiting for my order for two weeks, wondering if the order was shipped. There is no response from customer support; they ignore all messages and keep posting stories from Paris on Instagram. People, be careful and do not order anything from them. I regret I did not read reviews before ordering from them.

Great service, comminication and fast delivery of the sweater. Good price - quality and product as seen on the website. BonjourBen has a perfect fit on size you normal wear. We recommend it for sure. Till next time….

Shocked at how this business behaved. I made an order 3 months ago and in the meantime have tried contacting them through email, facebook and even paypal to see what is happening with my order and why they have not yet shipped it. Complete silence, they have not responded to any request for contact. I had to file a claim with paypal to get back my money. Do not buy here!
