Never donate money to these cheators

This is a Hong Kong based website with plenty of lies. It says products would be shipped from EU warehouse and would arrive within 2 weeks. I placed an order 4 months ago and have not got the product until now. Tracking information showed that it was shipped from Hong Kong and then stuck in Belgium. The customer services said it was lost and promised me the refund 1 month ago. However, no actual refund comes to my bank account and the customer service disappears. They don't answer my emails anymore. It's really disgusting and I have submitted my request to paypal for refund regarding this fraud.

Bad customer service!!!!!

Bad customer service!!!!!! They’re profiling as EU based company. Ordered some SK-II essence to Germany, and when the order came, I had to pay additional 20€ VAT, because the product was shipped from Hong Kong!!!!
Very misleading informations on their website…after 1 month of contacting them through their customer service and still no answer with solution to the issue, even though they’re promising answering in 24-48 hours on their website.
Can’t recommend them at all.
