Daughter needed to upgrade from beginner guitar to a proper one, and she was intimidated by the idea of visiting a "proper" music store - but she came away praising everything about the experience - the staff, the acoustic room, the range and obviously the guitar we purchased there. Will definitely return in any future next steps with instruments in the family

I asked for a price match as I wanted to take advanage of there 0% finance and also wanted to give them an oppotunity to make a sale. I wanted the fp90x so around 1600 it was prices 1595 elsewhere and most other paces 1600 but on there site it was 1,764 so I filled in the form and got an email back accepting the 1595 which I was hoping they would beat the price not just match it but no problem I proceded with the order and went through there finance company which they did there credit checks and all was good and all was basically setup for Bonnersmusic to cancel the order. they then sent an email saying they cant offer the finance on the matched offer. which was not told before having a credit check done and why even have it as a payment option when sending the linked quote. even if they made less money on an item this was they have now lost a sale. I will be ordering elsewhere next week when I have sorted out funds but this was a huge discrace on Bonnermusic's side.

Visited the Reigate branch. Lovely shop with a good range of pianos. Given expert advice by David who assisted me to make the choice of a piano which was perfect for my budget and requirements.
I chose to pay a little extra to have the piano delivered and built. The gentleman who delivered text and also called twice to update me with the expected time of delivery. Very efficient in building the piano and very friendly service.
The piano is beautiful and I will be having many years of enjoyment with it.

I contacted Bonners Music on a Monday Morning and spoke to a guy called Phil, I wanted to buy a Casio GP310 Digital Grand Piano, I usually use a music shop near myself in York, but they didnt have the item I wanted, I trawled the internet and came across Bonner Music, so gave them a call, I was answered by Phil from the Piano Department, he listened patiently and answered every question that is asked with cheerfulness and professionalism, I asked him how soon he could get it to me in York, I ordered ot on Monday, it was here by Thursday, and set up, the Piano is absolutely to die for, and the Grand Piano tone is out of this world. so I would like to give a fantasti shout out to Phil, Thank you Phil, You are wonderful and Bonners service is next to none. IF you want expert advice without sales patter, give them a call, you will not do better.

Bought a second hand acoustic guitar on line at a great price delivered within 3 days and it looks brand NEW.
Brilliant service Amanda Jones kept me informed all the way. This is a starter guitar for my grandson this is a great start in his guitar journey.

If I could give Bonners a higher rating I would. I purchased a second hand guitar Saturday evening and it arrive Tuesday morning, double boxed and in a case. The guitar is literally like new still with the protective wrapping on the back covers and I can’t find a single blemish on the guitar.

The set up is absolutely spot on - not a thing I need to do and new strings are a bonus.

Well done Bonners, showing that good customer service and a brilliant tech team always wins.

Tim was extremely helpful and patient whilst I was buying my Kawai Novus piano. Gave lots of great advice whilst I was trying it in store. Really pleased with the instrument.

Very happy with my first experience of Bonners, Milton Keynes shop (actually in Bletchley). I went knowing the model of Yamaha digital keyboard I was interested in and had great service from Olly, who plays beautifully. He answered all my questions patiently, got the keyboard and all the extras and put them in my car. I was also dealt with very nicely by Tim who organised the finances for me as I took advantage of their 10 months interest free credit scheme, which is not something offered by Yamaha’s flagship store in London, which I visited on Tuesday.
Back home now and about to open all the boxes and play with my new ‘toy’!

Our visit to the Milton Keynes branch with Tim was not only a great experience but very productive. We are very pleased with our purchase and so glad Tim could demonstrate the pros and cons of each model. Delivery and communication afterwards was faultless. Thank you.

I decided last year that I would like to learn the piano.
After research online for one that would suit a beginner, I knew that I needed advice and to see what I would be buying. This is the beauty of a store.
Tim at Bonners Milton Keynes answered all my questions and played the piano I was thinking of buying. There was no sales pressure.
I took my new piano home that day in Oct 25 and it is perfect. I love it!

David Burt was very helpful when I spent time selecting a digital piano that met my needs. The Reigate showroom is an excellent place to try out a range of pianos and I ended up choosing a different make of piano to what I thought I would buy after spending time there. Highly recommended.

I went to Bonners at Newcastle to get advice on changing my old heavy, much loved piano to something newer and more easy to move when needed.
I was extremely impressed with the staff who patiently advised me as to the best options for me. I bought a Yamaha Clarinova. I love it. Beautiful tone and looks very nice. I was kept informed every step of the way as to delivery. The delivery men put it together for me. They were very respectful of my property. I can’t thank everyone enough. Thank you.

We bought a Roland LX6 digital piano from Bonners Music Newcastle as a Christmas present for our daughter, and the service we received from Karl Peacock was absolutely outstanding.

From our very first conversations, Karl was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and generous with his time. He talked us through the options in detail, answered all of our questions without any pressure, and made sure we felt completely confident that the LX6 was the right piano for our needs.

After delivery, Karl didn’t just disappear. He checked in to make sure everything was set up correctly, was genuinely pleased to hear how excited our daughter was, and even went the extra mile by sending through helpful piano learning resources for me when I mentioned I was thinking of learning too. That kind of aftercare is rare and very much appreciated.

It genuinely felt like Karl cared about the experience and the outcome, not just making a sale. Bonners Music should be very proud of the level of service he provides.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bonners Music, and especially Karl, to anyone looking to buy a piano.

Excellent service from the Milton Keynes store. Although we had an idea of what we wanted, Tim was able to guide our decision and we couldn't be more pleased.

I received excellent advice from Steve at the Newcastle store. I’m not a great pianist and looking to replace an old acoustic with a digital piano but not sure what I was after. Following my first visit I read up on Steve’s suggestions and retuned to purchase a Roland LX6 which I am very happy with. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and the website is very informative. I was very happy with the delivery team too who were efficient and very respectful of the property.

The reception at Bonners Reigate was welcoming and friendly. I was able to try out the pianos without being pressured. Would have given 5 * except that
I had an issue with the finance deposit that was taken by credit card. I was not made aware that this would attract interest from my card company as a cash advance. My card company waived the charge as I had not been made aware of this at time of purchase. I feel that customers should be warned against using credit card for deposits.
After sales service has been good.
