Bonners took my MODX in P/Ex more or less sight unseen which I thought was very trusting! When I went to Milton Keynes to collect my new MODX M they gave me free run of the shop to try any instrument I wanted while I waited to be collected for the journey home. Best of all, I got the chance to try a MODX 8M side by side with a Nord Stage 4 88 note. This hands on experience is becoming increasingly rare so I was extremely grateful for the opportunity.

I have done several part-exchange deals with Bonners over the years and have always found them friendly and approachable and professional. An absolute pleasure doing business with them and I hope to do more in the future.

I was left alone to explore the Yamaha PSR sx 920 once the assistant established that I already owned a korg pa3x arranger keyboard and was therefore familiar with how they operate and I already new that this keyboard was the best suited to my needs. I just needed to know what the key action was like and if I could live with 61 keys instead of the 76 on the korg

This is certainly the way to choose a piano! I needed to replace my worn-out digital piano and wanted to compere a large range of marques. We drove from Winchester to Eastbourne for the experience at Bonners. We found a large warehouse full of every type of digital piano and after a delightful two hours selected one with which we were well pleased. Staff were helpful. Our apologies to the other couple also doing the same, as we were quite noisy (wanting to ensure good speaker quality). Our choice was in stock, so we loaded the flat pack into the car and drove home to assemble it. Job done in time for home Christmas family concert!

Went into Bonners to purchase a new Digital Piano, i was served by Tom, who was very helpful, helping me to choose the right Digital Piano for my use, The Warehouse is packed full of all types of Piano, so without Tom's Help, it would have been a endless task, in the End i went for the Kawai ES920. A Excellent piano which is giving me hours of Joy. Thank you Tom for all your help.

We had a very warm welcome from Emma at Bonners Music when we were looking for a new piano. We were able to spend as much time as we wanted making our choice and she gave us good advice.
Delivery and communications were also spot on.
We are absolutely thrilled with the piano we chose.

I bought a Yamaha Digital Grand from Bonners 25 years ago and I was so impressed, when I decided to buy a Yamaha piano for my kids, I wanted to reward them by giving them my business again (even though they are 100 miles away!) so I went down to the Eastbourne store and am very happy to report I got the same excellent quality of service (and product) as I did first time around. They are a dream to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and a huge range of options. Thank you once again. I'll be back!!

I bought a Roland HP 704 from Bonners and am delighted with it. I had done my homework prior to going, finding their online youtubes really helpful. I specifically used the comparison between the 702 and 704, alongside others for my back-ups. I was almost happy to order online but I still need to physically see it, touch it and play it before committing. This involved A Grand Day Out but it was worth it. I had a second and third in line should I have not been satisfied but found the one I had been admiring "virtually" for some time the one that fit the bill for me. As someone who had only had experience of acoustic pianos, the visit was essential and also very helpful. Phil was accommodating from my intial phone call, to purchase to organizing delivery. Delivery via DX with two guys on board who delivered into our house and tucked it to the side in the hall - heavy boxes, so was grateful! DX had a good review from me also. I purchased a Roland digital piano from Bonners in Milton Keynes. I travelled from North Norfolk to be able to try a few pianos in person. I was shown the pianos I was interested in and then spent three hours comparing them before making my decision. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, made me feel very welcome, and there was no pressure to make a quick sale. I highly recommend Bonners in MK and will be back when I’m ready to purchase a new piano!

Wide range of electronic pianos but I didn't see any acoustic pianos which was disappointing. Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. All round good experience & I'm very pleased with my Yamaha Clavinova.
