Package has gone missing! Update!

Package has gone missing. Was shown as delivered but was nowhere to be found. BonPrix provided a delivery note, but that is all the support I have had. The courier company was Seur, and they have been equally unhelpful. Have ordered a number of items previously, and never had any problem and any items returned have been credited promptly with no issues. So disappointing.
Update 31/10/2025.... BonPrix contacted me immediately after posting this review and asked for further details so they could investigate further - excellent customer service, and today, without any response or notification from Seur, my parcel arrived! Whether this was in response to my report to them about the lost parcel I don't know, but all has been happily resolved. My faith has been restored!

Love the quality of the clothes

Love the quality of the clothes, just received ladies shorts, but because I live in a warm country, these shorts are too thick to wear here so unfortunatly I will have to send them back, but FANTASTIC quality clothes

Delivery was not to my house

Delivery was not to my house, as I expected.
It was then to be delivered to a Seur pick up point in Pilar de la Horadada., which was later cancelled.
It eventually arrived at a pick up point in Torrevieja, which meant that I had to organise transport there and back, to collect my purchase, at an extra cost to me.

Very happy with Bonprix, only 2 tops very different with the colour instead of your website, the delivery could be a little bit faster, 8 days waiting is a little bit long. But for sure I order again with you.

Customer service just flat out lied

Customer service just flat out lied to me multiple times claiming my parcel was delivered, claiming to be sending a refund and claiming to be tracing a lost parcel with the courier (SEUR) none of which were true.
They prevent emails from threading to make it hard work to do a charge back on your card.
Do not touch them with a barge pole!

All I can say is - don't do it

All I can say is ' don't do it ! '
It's a scam. I placed my first order with bonprix.es, one item. The money was taken very quickly out of my bank account. I have now received an email saying that the product is no longer in stock ( probably didn't exist in the first place ) and that I have to wait up to 5 days for the money to be returned. What a scam!

Impossible to return what I bought

I bought a pair of shoes which arrived promptly. However trying to return them as they were too big was impossible and I gave up. For this reason I would advise against buying something from Bonprix Spain unless you are 100% sure you won't want to return it. I see in a review below the same problem. Seur the delivery company never turned up to collect. Despite being given at least 6 different dates nobody from Seur turned up. In the end I kept the shoes. It just wasn't worth the hassle of more emails to customer service at Bonprix and polite assurances they were on the case with no results over a period of two months.

this is the 2 th time my wife did order a product on this site and the first time they did send a product 2 sizes to big when she did complain now she did order a side 40 for a dress and they did send a size 44 chat in english is not possible anymore it looks like the workers that pick up orders don't have a education and not can read there picking lists

Never again

Never again! I bought a few pair of shoes, they were late at least 5-6 days (on the web it saids that delivery will be 3-7 days I and was waiting much longer) and they are so uncomfortable so I wanted to return them. Now comes the nightmare... I have ordered collection at home from bonprix.es with SEUR... Now I am waiting for days for someone to collect the package, Seur said that they are waiting bonprix to send them a request, bonprix does not answer to my emails, messenger, instagram etc. Awful and unprofessional! I would never recommend bonprix, especially in Spain! Bonprix+Seur combination - the worst experience ever!
