Awful. Boohoo sent wrong item for my order, they asked to send it back to give me a refund. Instead they sent a voucher for boohoo but I did not want a voucher as I know have to pay delivery again if I use the voucher to order because they messed up. Tried sorting it out and got no where
I returned 6/7 of the items. I paid with klarna this time, I dont usually. They refunded what was on there but im now £59 out of pocket. So my £32.30 trousers costed £59 as they wont refund me what im due. They won't answer my emails/inbox.
Customer Service was great, they gave me the help I needed, they were quick to reply and it gave me peace of mind that my order was on the way. Thank you 😊

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with and as a customer advocacy deputy manager myself I am appalled by their blatant disregard for their customers and shameful customer service. I returned my order which was received back to them on the 15th with proof of return, no help from their live chat or email service. Still no refunded gift card as promised and no update from them. Steer well clear!
My sister in law told me not to order as she had previously had a bad experience. Im now 3 weeks into waiting for my refund, this is literally ridiculous and I certainly won't be ordering again.

Avoid by all means! I do not know where to start. If you happen to have to deal with the return process, be prepared to fight long and hard for your money. First, I had to wait for return label for two weeks. After numerous emails and annoying conversations with AI assistance, I finally got it. Then, I had to chase them to get my money back. They lied to me about the day the return was received. Then, they told me that I have to wait another week for refund being processed and then another week for my bank to process it. And they had the audacity to charge me for return! I am absolutely fuming. It has been exactly one month since the whole process started, and I am still waiting for my money! I have never had this much inconvenience with any company. What a palaver! And the item I purchased was not even worth it: appalling quality. Please, stay away from these scammers! There are many decent and respectful retailers out there; there is no need to get involved with these con men.
I ordered some shoes, no issues with delivery times or method, actually that was the best bit. When I opened my parcel the shoes had clearly been worn, both toes and sides were scuffed and there was mud on the soles and smell to them. To top it off I have been charged to send them back, they took the postage off of the refund. Email to customer service wouldn't send, and the usual messaging service being busy. Not worth the hassle buying from them again, clearly they don't check other customer returns, they just chuck them back into stock and hope they don't send it back.
I have used boohoo for years and never had a problem, not sure what has happened to their customer service. I returned items back in March and they received them via Inpost on the 1st of April, I am still yet to recieve any email or refund and no communication despite messaging. They owe me over £50, once this is sorted I will be closing my account.
Sent me a refund voucher for £7040 rather thank £70.40 I’ve been unable to redeem it as obviously they have realised there mistake but now lost actual value no reply through messenger or WhatsApp it’s just a robot really not happy
I'm pleasantly happy to get my parcel 2 days earlier than it's supposed to be! even more happier with the quality of the items (i bought 3 pair of boots & 2 pair of lady sandals on special prices)~ above Kmart's quality! I didn't know so much bad reviews on Boohoo. I just like the items, the price & placed the order. Boy, I will never regret! Thank you, Boohoo🥰

I will never order from boohoo again, not only they now give you the choice to change a refund from boohoo credit to how you paid, they also like to charge £15 for special delivery, this is something I definitely wouldn't have chosen at £15. I emailed them to ask what is for to be told it is not refunded at any circumstance.
Plus dresses all cheap and nasty.

You can only speak to an AI assistant, when they connect you to a customer advisor you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time and your answers are never truly answered properly. The sizing was terrible. Will not be ordering from Boohoo again.

My daughter bought me a gift voucher for my birthday i ordered a few items but had to send a couple back as they didn't fit. I have been waiting on a refund to the giftcard/new gift card for weeks. I have whats app them daily since the 22nd April as that is the day they said the refund would hit my account. Im told daily it will be emailed within 24 hours it never arrives. I also emailed them said they would email back with in 2 days its been 2 days. I will never shop with boo hoo again
Really disappointed with Boohoo.
I ordered a dress that arrived with a button already fallen off, so it was faulty before I even tried it on. I contacted customer service straight away and sent photos.
Instead of sorting it properly, they decided to give me only a 50% refund without asking me. I’ve now been left out of pocket for a dress I can’t wear.
I wasn’t offered a full refund or a replacement – just half my money back as if that’s acceptable.
Really poor customer service. I shouldn’t have to argue just to get my money back for something that arrived faulty.
Ordered two jackets didn’t receive them so complained which is a painful process just standard ai response over and over nothing resolved just get told wait til such a date then when that dates gone by your given a later date and so on then finally I get a email saying my refund has been processed hooray you’d think no no this is boohoo so definitely isn’t that straightforward only one jacket was refunded so back to messaging the robot same reply shocking service shame because they actually sell some nice clothes but after this experience which still isn’t resolved I couldn’t possibly buy from boohoo again

DO NOT BUY FROM BOOHOO… so I ordered boxing shorts for me and my son. One medium one XL they sent me a medium and large. 2 months I have been ask for a change or refund for the large as their the wrong size and for 2 months they’ve been messing me around. Their customer service is absolutely awful. They keep sending me a returns label but every time I access the returns label it’s saying you can’t return underwear…
Needed help with a return because my order wasn’t showing up on my account so went on instagram DM and got a response straight away. Thanks to Kai for being so quick and help me with my return! 😊
