Great clothes but paid for next day delivery but didn't come ,but the problem is with Evri, fb messaged Boohoo ,Kai very helpful trying to resolve this problem

Placed an order tonight for some clothes. Chose to pay by Apple Pay an amount of £24. Once the payment went through it charged me an extra £9.99 for premier delivery. I don’t chose this and when I tried to get a refund they said it’s non refundable. Be aware if you’re paying by Apple Pay as the amount it shows is not what you end up paying.
Never buy anything from this scum company. They won't accept me returning a shorts with all labels on it because I open the package. I have never heard a more ridiculous excuse. Totally scum never again
I placed an order and paid for Next Day Delivery the order did not arrive next day or the day after that. I selected Next Day delivery because I needed the items, this seemed to pass by the Boohoo customer service team and the best they could do was tell me to wait a full 48 hours and update me on the tracking which I could look at myself on the Evri app. When it became apparent that the order was not going to arrive in time for what it was ordered for I asked Boohoo to get the courier to return to sender and to start the refund process, they were unable to do this and I now have the added inconvenience of having to return the items when Evri can be bothered to deliver them. Needless to say this has put me off ordering from Boohoo again which is a shame because I do like the clothes but ordering online is supposed to be convenient and this experience has been far from that. Whilst I appreciate this is an Evri issue Boohoo customer services seemed powerless to do anything help which is a poor show from them. I would have gladly paid more if meant getting my order on time. Maybe it’s time to drop Evri Boohoo.
They automatically charge £10 for some non-refundable ‘cover’, you have to untick at the bottom which a lot of people miss. They then refuse to acknowledge how sneaky this is and just keep saying it’s non-refundable. I’d like my stolen £10 back

Very disappointing experience with BoohooMAN. On May 5, I paid €173 through their app using iDEAL, but the order never went through while the money was still deducted from my account.
Since May 7, I have been contacting customer service and sent multiple screenshots of the payment and previous conversations as proof. Despite this, I keep receiving the same questions and no real solution. They continue asking for an order number even though there is no order number because the order failed.
I have never experienced such poor customer service before. No clear communication, no proper investigation, and still no refund or solution after all this time. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Absolute joke of an excuse for "customer service". The incorrect item was sent and after much back and forth and automated replies I have to wait up to 15 days for a resolution. Buyer beware. Never again.
If there was a opportunity to give one star I would. This has got to be the worst online experience and customer services I have encountered. My item was delivered elsewhere- reported it to BOOHOO & provided evidence that l didn't recieve it they were due to give me a refund but within 24 hours of confirmation of the declaration they said they wouldn't give me a refund as I had already received the item. Pictures provided of my door and the one from Evri wasn't the same, wasn't even at home at the time but yet still the picture from Evri who's just as bad showed a man taking the parcel. Good job PayPal step in. I will never order from BOOHOO again - un emphatic, cold and uncaring customer services who deliberately delays responses to customers.
Complicated returns service. Same order, 3 different returns methods - post office/Evri/Inpost. Resulting in me erroneously returning a package via Inpost not Evri. BooHoo unable to find parcel despite tracking number given & after many, many, many contacts with customer services they have reluctantly decided to refund me.
I didn’t get an order comfirmation or order number but I paid my order. I contacted boohoo via instagram and had Kai helping me. I had super fast responses and the problem was solved in a minute! Unreal customer service.🫶
Most unhelpful and useless customer service. They charge for returns even if you're a premier member, it's impossible to contact customer service or hold a ongoing conversation about any issues. They don't listen to anything you say and just responds with complete nonsense. It's a headache dealing with them.
Had an issue with a return so I used their text message service. It took 10 hours for someone to finally message me back with just a link to the returns portal but I had issues with the link and then they disappeared.
This happened multiple times where someone would message me back ask one question and then disappear again. Not very useful at all.
Eventually a QR code was finally generated for me and Theo asked me to leave a review and “make sure to mention my name in the review” even though he was the 6th person to message me.

Don’t bother wasting your time. I tried for two weeks to get an answer out of them because they sent wrong item. Then replied saying they reviewed cctv and all items was packed correctly. The customer service team are hard work to get hold of. The item they sent was completely different colour and material to what was supposed to be sent. Waste of my time chasing them for 2 weeks and I’m no better off. The items purchased that was correct are being sent back. I’d rather not bother

I needed assistance as I ordered clothes online but was waiting on a confirmation email so I messaged the care centre and Kai was very helpful and got back to me straight away.
I had not received a confirmation email for my order. I reached out to messenger and spoke with Kai. Was very helpful in letting me know my order number, that my order has been dispatched and the expected delivery date. This has helped put my mind at ease. Hopefully will arrive with no further worries!

Worst customer service ever!! Still owing me a refund from a month a go. Constantly fobbing me off asking for the same information and not following anything through!! Useless!
Poor quality of clothing. After one wash of all of my items have faded massively. Also the tights come in ‘one size’… I’m 5’10 and these are so loose they wrinkle around my knees and ankles!
