We where left short in boojum cork city and I rang and said that the delveroo guy had left. He said he was the manger of the shop and he had better thing to do with his time and hung up. I did ring back and he said he take it up with deliveroo because he must of taken it for himself I couldnt believe what I was hearing .

This company do not send the right food. I have ordered from them a few times and 75% of the time they deliver the wrong stuff or things are missing but they never sort it out. It's a shame as the food isn't bad, but their service and customer service is terrible

Way over priced! Better food and price elsewhere in today’s climate

Walked in stood a counter queue of about 8 people behind me, the girl behind the counter completely ignored me and served 3 couples that just walked up to the counter, when I said it to her she just said sorry and continued on serving them, I walked out in disgust, drove from Clondalkin, never again absolutely pure rude

I visited Boojum in Abbey Street Dublin last night with my friends. I had a horrible experience. I was given a bowl with no sauces or salad and it tasted very bad as I was the first time customer. I bought another bowl for myself and paid for it and asked the staff why the meal choice wasn't given to me on my first go. They said its not their responsibility to ask anything although they did ask me for drinks. The staff then reported the incident to manager and manager came to our table and gave out to us. He was shouting and used abusive language at customers. He also judged my behaviour saying you are bla bla type of women. Which is not acceptable. I had an issue and I raised a complaint against it to staff. The manager was extremely rude. He did not have any right to Comment as such. He did not listen our side at all. I think customer should be given a chance to explain there point. Hate such people!

James in Boojum, Winthrop St. Cork City is such a gentleman! Great customer service from him and goes above and beyond for customers! Along with great food, he will be the reason I return ☺️

Can someone please explain why it says on justeat website that you don't deliver to clybaun Rd?
Its like 10 mins from Spanish arch3?

I love the bowl - can get it exactly how you want it. Staff are very friendly. Also, there is a card where you can collect stamps after each purchase and you get a free one after so many stamps. A nice gesture and you easily fill the card as the food is that tasty.

Ordered the kit to cook at home. Fantastic value, well packaged, great instructions and tasted fab!

I love this company, the food is amazing, at a great price and the staff are friendly. I love that I can order on their app. They are keeping this nurse fed during the pandemic!

Long Wait in line the last day. Very upsetting.

Having been a customer of boojum for a good few years, it has always been busy. To me this is a sign that they are good. Restaurants open and close down all the time. However this one is getting bigger. For the price you are stuffed for the rest of the day. The wraps are lovely and fresh and the beef has some great flavours.

Overall I love them lol.

I regularly order boojum directly from their own website for collection for lunch. its a great way to skip the long queues and I find the 5 mins in the warmer awaiting pick up makes the burrito nice and melted (which is a personal preference). I wish there was more of a selection of sides which didnt rely on nachos as Im allergic to them and occasionally I would like a larger meal but no other complaints.

Have ordered food on many occasions, very enjoyable is the norm. Ordered food today via Deliveroo. Food arrived 1 hour late but worse the food was loose in the bags. Assumed it had been dropped, not so, the food clearly had been kept warm/reheated in some kind of oven pending collection and the plastic cartons for the food had melted away leaving the food loose in the bag and frankly I could not eat it..........really poor. Clearly no-one had checked on the food in the oven nor checked it before release to Deliveroo
