Excellent Customer Service

Not only did I get the lowest price I could find after extensive searching on amazon, other online vendors, and in bookstores I also got incredible customer service. I left the textbook at college and went home for Christmas. I couldn’t return the book by the deadline and so I emailed BookBandit and they extended the deadline free of charge. I wasn’t going to be back for 3 weeks and they said that was fine and extended the deadline by an entire month. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Best price & prompt shipping

Book Bandit had by far the lowest price on a new copy of a textbook (Database System Concepts) I used this fall. It was shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition.

Pricing was much better than the …

Pricing was much better than the University of Delaware bookstore. Customer service was exemplary!

Would definitely refer and have referred Book Bandit to other students.
