Zero customer service
DPD did not drop the parcel at the collection point and for some reason Books2Door selected return to sender. I have been trying for days to contact them. No one responds to emails, chat enquiries and definitely don't expect them to answer the phone. Customer service is no existent if things go wrong.

Yes you have contacted me and issued a refund shortly after leaving this review. The fact you have issued a refund after days of not answering the phone number listed does not change the poor customer service, and the disingenuous listing of a contact number.
