Slapdash bookstore

Slapdash bookstore. They never ever pick calls and they don't reply the email. Before despatching the order i emailed as they state to email to return. But it has been more then a week no reply. I found a private class for my kids so i don't need the maths and english bundle but these stupid people are not replying, neither answering calls.

Don't care about their long-time customers

As a volunteer helping to support our library, we have sold books to Bookstores.com and TextbookRush for many years. I recently received an email from them telling me they were closing our account and would no longer accept books from us. The reason?, we didn't make enough money for them. I'm here to make money for the Library not bookstores.com or Textbookrush. Very disappointed in their disloyalty to a long time customer

Sent 3 books and was told they couldn't…

Sent 3 books and was told they couldn't pay me for 2 of the 3 because of water damage... there was no damage when I sent them.. even the pictures they sent me did not show water damage.. I should have just sold them back to the college..

Stick with bookstores.com!

I sold a book to bookstores.com and two books to bookbyte. Bookstores.com sent me several emails concerning when they received my package and when my money was on the way. Bookbyte has not sent me any emails at all. I shipped the books all at the same time two weeks ago. I received my payment from bookstores.com three business days after they said they received the book. I still haven't heard from bookbyte. Stick with bookstores.com!

The worse buyback book page

Don't waste your time and money to try selling them your books. They will only cost you the shipment fee to get back your books or will "recycle" your book without paying. There is not damage or anything on my book, just "not acceptable" and if you want it back, pay for the shipment fee.

BEWARE: TOTAL RIPOFF

If I could give this company zero stars I would. BEWARE: After mailing in my books, I received a return email from Bookstores.com that said my gently used textbook had "water damage" and therefore had zero value. After emailing them, with pictures of my book’s condition prior to their receipt of it, they offered to send it back as a one time courtesy if I paid $3.99 shipping. I don’t see how it is my fault that either FedEx or this company’s intake team damaged my book. I've had great results with other companies in the past, and so I DO NOT recommend this one.

Great sellback option

Never had a problem. Their prices may not be the highest for selling back, but at least there were no problems. They paid in about 2 weeks.

Highly Dishonest Site

I sent two books in and they refused to pay me for one of the books. They would not give a reason or explanation for the rejection. They also do not return books sent to them, even if they reject them. I have sold 12 other books to three other bookstores and had no issues with any of other company, but I felt like Bookstores.com stole my money by refusing to pay me for the book I sent to them.
