Great set up at the Birmingham venue
Great set up at the Birmingham venue - lots of variety with some great games. Team really helpful. Bhavika was really fab in the axe throwing. Loved it

Really Nice man behind the bar, will do everything for you, and we got free shots!
Canterbury, Kent
Awful Experience. Booked the brunch, the drinks menu for the brunch was shocking, barely a choice and no wonder why it’s bottomless as they were undrinkable, absolutely disgusting.
Food was ok on the brunch menu but not very hot when it arrived at the table.
Our host wasn’t on the ball, took us to our next booking (crazier golf) but we were actually supposed to do beer pong which we then missed out on!! The golf was overcrowded, actually the whole place was, had to queue for 15min + just to get a drink as the whole place was crammed.
Some of the staff were so rude and had a bad attitude.
Wouldn’t go there again unless they start putting a number on how many people can enter at a time, I don’t mind busy places but this felt like I was leaving a music concert!! Maybe get adults to run the place instead of kids.
So disappointed with our day out, wasn’t enjoyable and feel like we wasted our time and money!
boom battle 02
boom battle 02 - awful experience food was stale and freezing, complained and asked to see manager who seemed too busy bossing her staff around to care about me, rude American girl barely got an apology out of her. will never return and definitely don't order any food. maybe a soda lemonade would do you but not food
Plymouth branch ruined Christmas Team Build
Plymouth branch. Messed up our booking so a work team travelled hours to axe throw but had to try and make the most of darts! Bad attitude from staff. Complained to local and head office but no response.
GameofThrows offer a great experience IMO - this is just a overpriced badly run shabby set up by comparison
Chelmsford
Chelmsford - no refunds be careful when booking as you can’t cancel
Bournemouth
I went to the Boom Battle Bar in Bournemouth yesterday with a colleague. We hadn't been to this one before, but had a great time, good facilities and our 'host?' Sophie C was fantastic, a great ambassador for the business.
boom battle bar
Had great fun doing an escape room at boom. Will be going back to do the other rooms at some point.
Also really enjoyed the crazy golf and axe throwing as well as the music and drinks

Great customer service from Darren (from Guest Services), thank you for being so friendly on the phone and helping me with my queries and problems :)
5 Ways Birmingham. Great Chef!
We visited Boom Battle Bar 5 Ways Birmingham 12th October with a party of 26 people. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Karaoke was our favourite activity and was a good way to get the whole team involved in one activity.
Special mention to the chef who constantly checked in on us and could not have done more to assist (an unusual name with a K.. sorry I can’t remember). He made a homemade dip and the jalapeño poppers were lush!
Very poor
Very poor, booked the Arcadia for 11 year old boys and were bored in 5 minutes. Very small premises with limited flexibility and options. Don’t go with kids - waste of money.
Not disabled friendly the supervisor…
Not disabled friendly the supervisor has lots of jewellery on her lips unable to lip read if hearing impaired. Also oddly served us then came over ten mins later asking for ID then asked to take the drink back although already drinking and paid . Then another ten mins later said as there had been a person drinking that didn’t have ID , to leave but wouldn’t refund . Considering this costs well into 200 for a family of 7 (kids and partners ) disgusting that they could only say about laws and they were the ones who took our money ! Awful experience and unfortunately the supervisor wasnt particularly well informed that she had broken the law
Awful customer service
Went there last night and it was awful. The customer service was rubbish and when I complained I was accused of being abusive. When we spoke to the manager he lied and made up his own version of events even saying later that CCTV backed him up which is a lie! I was sober and was not abusive all, never had such bad customer service in my life. Never go to this place, there are other places that are so much better in Manchester
Amazing place
Amazing place, facilities and staff especially Tyrece who's customer service was excellent. Will be back :)
Thanks:) sav was amazing
IPSWICH BBB - England Womens World Cup QF turned off…
England Womens World Cup QF turned off in the 85min by management.
Shocking behaviour by management at Boom Battle bar who have the benefit of multi screens but still made the decision to switch off the England Womens world cup QF which was being enjoyed by families that included young girls. Saturday 12th August, Arsenal were playing on the big screen in the main area of the bar whilst the England Womens team were in a tense world cup QF leading 2-1 with 5min to play on the smaller screens in another area of the bar. The bar was not busy or overcrowded and there was plenty of space around the arsenal game in front of the main gigantic screen. A small group of men entered the bar at 85min into the Womens game and requested the whole bar should play the Arsenal game. The management agreed and switched off the Womens world cup QF. The male member of staff who made this decision was then confronted by disgruntled fathers and mothers who were enjoying the football with their families. The manager clearly made the wrong desicion but would not retract it and left all the screens on the Arsenal game. His defence was that he must go with the majority........ why pay for multi screen installation if you have to go with the majority? i thought this is the reason bars have multi screen? why not tell the small group of men that just arrived to use the space around the main screen to watch the Arsenal game? he was clearly in the wrong and everyone could see it... apart from him. he did'nt have the courage to change his decision and i informed him that i would not be returning to this chain of bars again. He was'nt to concerned. more customer relations training required in this company.
Glasgow St Enoch
Pre booked axe throwing. No staff on hand to greet, had to wait. Was told to arrive early for safety training. Didn’t happen. Paid for 30 min. Was only spoken to at 12:40, 10 min after I had booked. Kicked off lane at 13:00. I explained to the boy, he had needed to do something so that’s why we were taken late, I explained it wasn’t fair, offered drink. I don’t drink lol. Spoke to manager who was young woman who lied to my face, I was so angry we left to avoid any further insult. Was there for a birthday celebration and ended in tears. Overall paid to be ignored and then lied too. Concerned about lack of safety. Contacted head office asking for refund, no reply. Absolute shambles, total waste of money, terrible customer service. Tried to resolve but they were unwilling to respond.
