It's easy to write a 5 star review when everything goes as planned. Great companies stand out when there is a problem and how they deal with the problem. So we had a last minute job and needed a Carnet on a Saturday. Royal Mail screwed up and it never arrived from Liverpool Chamber for a flight from Heathrow. However Eric from Boomerang Carnets sorted it so we could pick up a replacement locally near Heathrow before our Monday morning flight. Exceptional service and everything sorted in the end. Thank You Eric, you saved the day.
