We received the wrong part for our hot tub. It would not suit.
It was 3mm out.

Don't order with them!

Don't order with them!! If you return the goods, they will not refund you. They will keep it as credit for your next purchase. Their own return policy says exactly full refund to account where you paid from. Return process took more than 6 weeks and support is a disaster.

Super fast replacement - Great Tech Support too.

Recently had to replace a defective BalBoa Heater and panel. Needed some technical advise beforce purchasing which was quick and exactly what I needed. The replacement was shipped next day. Fitted the replacement no issues and works perfectly.

Incredibly Quick Delivery To UK

Excellent service from BOOSPA. Required spa parts unavailable from UK based supplier. DHL delivery cost from France reasonably priced and amazingly the package was delivered early the very next morning! Spa was working again same day. Very impressed with service. Merci.
