LIFE CHANGING FOR ALL THE RIGHT REASONS!!!
Before purchasing Boossh I read many reviews and I compared them to other VLCD companies. Boossh won my vote and I'm so happy they did, why, well here's why, the products, not just shakes,but soup, meals,pasta,noodles,rice,puddings,yoghurt,porridge,snack bars. The variety is great,something that you could never grow tired of, they taste amazing,and are very satisfying. I don't have to deprive myself of food or feel starved throughout the day, it's so easy to make up and just as easy to Boossh on the go.
I started Boossh feeling really sluggish and tired, down and now just over a month into Boosshing I've lost 21Lbs I feel so energised, my back pain has gone,i don't need to nap in the afternoon anymore, infact i feel like a different person.
One thing is for sure, Boossh is here to stay in my life.
For anyone thinking of trying Boossh, they should do just that, they will be so glad they did!
I thought I would get back on here to update my review, having now lost 5st 6 lbs and still going strong, feeling fantastic. I now also treat myself to a Boossh skinny takeaway, which is something fairly recent that boossh have introduced. They are packed full of flavour and it's great to beable to eat takeaway without feeling guilty and still lose weight...I'm looking forward to more new soups, popcorn and more snack bars which will be available in the coming weeks. Boossh definitely has been life changing for me, before I started boosshing I had no confidence or motivation in life, now i'm studying a Science Degree and could not be happier with life...Thanks Boossh :)

Fantastic product and support
This diet program actually works!
The meal packs provide plenty of variety to keep you on track, I personally love all the 12 shake flavours, the curries, pastas, porridge and puddings. The snack bars are like a real treat. I'm not keen on the soups but that's not really an issue because there is so much choice.
The customer service and support they offer you is without doubt the best you could ask for. Friendly and helpful and supportive. You feel valued and part of the team.
The regular promotions, freebies and loyalty point scheme they offer makes the program really affordable and value for money.
I have nothing but praise for Boossh and the team and I'm so happy I found them.
I've lost over a stone in 5 weeks and on average other people I contact on Boossh Facebook are losing a stone a month which for most people is a dream come true.
With each delivery I receive I KNOW I'm losing weight in a healthy way.

Brilliant customer service
Service excellent as are milk shakes but do not like meals and soups so have stopped using Boosshe. However if you stick to this diet, you WILL lose weight.

The Best I Have Used
I buy Boossh from my local distributor, I have tried most if not all other Vlcds, the products and the range are by far the best. They taste great and they have some very different products of which make a refreshing change. Recommended to all my friends and great support from my distributor.

In the bin.....
Lasted a few days on the plan. Meals were absolutely foul,,,,,, ended up throwing 3 weeks out of a four week plan in the bin - could not stomach them at all. Meals were far too salty for my taste, shakes not a patch on their competitors and don't get me started on the wet and wappy porridge!! Was really disappointed. My advice is to avoid them at all costs.

Disgusting products
Claimed to be delicious, tasty, filling etc, usual hype. Unfortunately the goods did not live up this. The puddinhs were like mush and bland, the main meAls were more like watery soups, nothing substantial at all. I only managed 3 days before even just the thought of it made me wretch. Most of the meals had to be supplemented with so many spices to make it edible, and so many veg to make it filling, that the boosh part accounted for probably a quarter of the overall meal, if that.
If you want to eat food that tastes like what it is - artificial - then great. Otherwise it's pointless - you have to make additional food anyway to make a proper meal, so it doesn't save you any time or effort in the long run. Enjoy fresh ... you're more likely to lose weight doing that anyway than eating this artificial stuff.

Mealpaks are a full formula food available in a range of flavours. 4 Mealpaks per day gives your body everything it needs, you don't need any conventional foods, although you can use the food lists if you wish for a small evening meal. Your body then goes into ketosis and you burn the fat on your body.

Very good service
Had to send back soups (which tasted disgusting!) but were taken back and replaced by the gorgeous shakes with no hassle, even though I was late sending them back. Used the shakes to get rid of hunger pangs when I was on a strict low cal diet and they were great. Have received no follow up for me to buy more which if I had I might have had some more

Lose more weight eating cardboard and enjoy it more!
I had to give up after a few days. I am not a fussy eater and have been through plenty of different diets. The food was tasteless and unsatisfying. Very litte variety. I bought a month's supply, but could not stomach any more, so sold the rest on Ebay. Will never be buying Boossh products again.

Terrible slop, vomit in a cup!!
I purchased through groupon and wasted my money. I tried a couple of packets, they were in edible slop. One smelt do bad when i put it to my mouth I gagged. Just put some bad tasting food in a blender and save yourself the money. I contacted customer services to try to get a refund and send back but the response was "it's a liquid diet, no refund". Liquid diet fine, tasting like vomit is not!!!!
I never leave reviews like this normally, and had their customer services made an attempt to resolve the situation I probably wouldn't have bothered now. But you need to know its terrible food, equally terrible service.

Mixing the shakes is important, you simply add water to your Boossh shaker and shake, this mixes the product well, or some people use a hand blender. The grit you are referring to is all the minerals in the product, a specially formulated VLCD means 4 Mealpaks per day gives your body everything it needs. So it is important to shake/mix well so the minerals disperse.
The meals are simply a VLCD flavour and an alternative to a shake or soup, they are not "meals" as in full meals, just a savoury formula food.

i would reccommend this to you as you can see the results in me, all you need is 2 to 3 weeks of your life stick to it, you will feel the changes inside and out.you have nothing to loose but weight and a great healthy happy life to gain.trust me it works, and the food packs are nice to .after the 1st week, you will notice you do not even feel hungry.good luck.

A great & effective diet, especially for vegetarians, but poor website
I love the convenience & taste of the packet meals and find that a meal & a dessert fills me up perfectly. However the porridge is too salty and not very nice & the shakes are ok although they need a lot of blending to remove lumps - they have a salty aftertaste too. The website needs a lot of patience and often takes several attempts to complete an order - not great on a smartphone. Have previously had an order where much of my choice was substituted for other products as they had run out of stock! This didn't come to light whilst I was ordering & it was too much hassle to return the order.

Mixing is important, add the water and your shake to a Boossh shaker and shake, some clients use a blender, but Boossh products do mix very well. Yes we got much busier than expected and we did run out of a few items, but we have over 38 flavours, but we do know how annoying it is when one of your favourites is out of stock! Our systems were amended so it easily shows and you are unable to order anything out of stock, and it shows the date of when it is back in, so hopefully this works better now.

would rather starve
I got a lot of meal replacements thinking they'd be easier than cooking for one. They are unbelievablely tiny so when I've used them I combine two, but in the 6 months I've had them I've had three meals because they are a kind of gruel made of cardboard. Unpleasant stuff, I doubt I'll eat the rest.

Admittedly I didn't try the shakes but the meal replacement sachets were revolting and I couldn't eat them. Whilst I realise it was a weight loss programme, the portions were incredibly small and if you doubled up to a small adult portion, they were either watery or dry.
