Amazing service from Ian our broker manager along with all of the support staff that work alongside him, always available to help and are on hand every step of the way. They funded our client within 48 hours and required minimal paperwork and hassle using a sensible, logical approach to lending. Not Quite What I Expected
Communication was good, over 4 days we provided lots of documents on further requests, we were made an offer, we signed the contract - then while we waited for payout we were told there was a mistake and that was it - no capital.
