Horrible mop soap, no sent, false advertising. Still trying to return and receive refund. This is not the product on tik tok

I would not even give this company 1 star. I purchased this in March and never received the product. I file a PayPal dispute and they showed it was delivered somewhere so paypal dismissed my claim. I hope they can sleep well at night knowing they are robbing their customers..you have been warned!

Boost Boutique promotes a “highly scented” mop soap. Don’t buy it. It’s like water. No smell at all. Poor shipping. Will only offer 50% refund. I’m still working with them to get a refund.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had!! No communication and worst of all once they bill you a few months everything is stagnant!! Horrible Horrible Horrible Platform!!!

On top of boostio not working and the rude customer service, no phone communication only instant message and 1/2 sometimes them not responding at all they just randomly billed my debit card for $45 after me canceling 7 weeks ago! Boostio is a scam!

Boostio was great the first month of signing up. For some reason in November I had 15 business accounts that were compromised with fake users and likes. I was paying $400 a month to run as a agency account. Now I’m losing clients trying to find another alternative. Also, I’m not getting a timely response from there help desk. Would never recommend!

I encountered many many issues once I joined Boostio for my 5 business pages. All accounts are constantly disabled by Instagram due to activity identified as spam. It was hassle to get my accounts back up. Will probably not use Boostio ever again nor recommend it.

Been with them for 3 weeks not getting alot of new followers. Likes went up but the likes are from alot of fake accounts with like 3-4 posts only. Very suspicious.

I love boostio! It really works as far as getting likes and gaining followers. My one complaint would be that a lot of the followers I’m gaining and likes I’m getting seem to be from ‘bot’ like accounts.. or business accounts where there is little personal interaction. My profile has grown but not really with active, interested people that choose to follow me.

My instagram has blown up and Boostio has helped my business big time. Don’t know how I would of ever started my business without it.

It had me following way more people than were following me. Even after i stopped using it, it still has me following people that i didn’t follow. It’s a nightmare.

I have had to reactivate my account every single day! So annoying. And the customer service is awful. No one responds when you ask questions.

I wrote customer service (Gabe) way more than once. I only heard back recently from some women. And the reactivating issue needs to be figured out. No one is going to go online and reactivate their account every single day.

I am reconnecting it on instagram. And then i get another email saying to do it again.. like 3 hrs later. It would be great to just have it resolved so I can just pay the monthly fee and not worry about reactivating my account every day.
