Rosanna and the team at Boostly are always super responsive and helpful. I can rely on them to respond within an acceptable time frame to any issues I may have with my Boostly website. I signed up with Boostly in 2021 when they were still in the smaller stages of their business. It started off well but they soon got "too big" to cope, support was slacking and only available at night time, which delayed a lot of help, and there were many issues i had to report. They basically use a wordpress theme that is already available and modify it to use their API but every time there was an update it would be wordpress' fault, not theirs. All I wanted was a fast website that worked. For years I got a version that I was unhappy with but I had to put up with it until something else came along.

Then out of nowhere their "dont give a toss attitude" tripled my monthly fee that I was paying. They basically said you are welcome to leave, we will give you your website in a zip, what use is that to me without programming knowledge?

They no longer cared about the people that got them to where they were in 2025. What annoyed me is that I was part of this Boostly Academy, I was paying to be a part of it, and I didnt want it. It's nonsense.

I'm now using Maveriks which is so much better than Boostly. I am in no way affiliated with them but wanted to mention a better alternative to Boostly.

My website is superfast and has more features than Boostly ever did. Early days yet but I'm already glad I did the switch.

Be careful when signing up with Boostly, you'll get the sales talk that will convince you they are the best, they are not, and they will screw you over at another point im sure.

To be fair, a lot of the technical issues you experienced were due to limitations with your PMS at the time. That said, we worked closely with both your PMS and our internal API team to develop workarounds just for your setup. We genuinely appreciated your persistence and feedback during that process. It helped us identify and fix problems that benefited other clients too.

As for the monthly fee increase, we explained this at the time. We introduced it to cover real, rising costs on our end — improved server infrastructure, a new built-in CRM, and other upgraded tools. These were rolled out to improve performance and reliability for all users, not just a select few.

We know Rudy and the Mavericks team personally. They offer a fantastic, high-touch service, and we’ve got nothing but respect for what they do. They also charge around three times what we do at Boostly, so it sounds like your business has grown to a stage where a more bespoke solution is a better fit.

Glad to see you’ve found a provider that suits your needs now.

Terrible Communication

After multiple attempts, I cannot get in touch with anyone. I am still being charged for a website that has been inactive for 6 months. After attempting to re activate my website numerous times, no one is responding. Hopefully someone will see this review and start to respond to my emails
