Been working with Boostly for a while now and they are continuously updating and improving their workflows and systems to meet customer needs. I trust them and their services and recommend them.

Customer service is almost nonexistent. Website experience for guests is horrible.
Issues are not addressed or fixed without an upcharge. Emails go unanswered by the team for weeks. I can’t get rid of Boostly fast enough. I’d recommend finding another provider. Huge mistake!

I can’t recommend Mark and the Boostly team enough! They did an outstanding job helping build and design my website, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to truly understand my vision was remarkable. Not only did they create a beautiful, user-friendly site, but they also helped implement strategies that have elevated my business. If you’re looking for a team that knows the short-term rental space and delivers real results, Boostly is the way to go. Thanks again, Mark and the team, for all your hard work!

Where to start? I was a member of Boostly from 2020 until recently.
Initially it was a fabulous company, hosting really helpful Facebook groups, providing fantastic training and support and had a training academy for which it sold lifetime membership. Even hosted our website for £12.99 per month. Then came the changes. Lifetime was no longer lifetime. Web hosting (including support and some extras that not all of us wanted or used) increased to £97 per month, access to most of the facebook groups was removed and rejoining was declined even while still paying the £97. Now the £97 no longer includes the support that was previously promised.
Is there no depths to how far this company and its integrity can sink? you certainly wont get what you pay for here folks.
Definitely look elsewhere for a company you can trust.

I am writing this review in response to listening to a Boostly podcast issued on 14 October entitled "The Future of Direct Bookings". Which really ought to be the title of this podcast, as the founder used the distasteful "kill your darlings" expression twice. He has previously referred publicly to customers that have left as "churn" and continually shows disrespect for those that pay (very highly) for his company services.
One of the subjects of the podcast is identifying your target market.
It appears that 18 months before massive price rises to 97 a month (the company is so flippant that it's 97 US or Australian $ or UK £ - it really doesn't care), the founder had been told by his advisor that he needed to cut out the smaller players.
In the podcast many smaller players are branded "hobby hosts" yet I know many hospitality owners with a limited number of units who rely on their businesses as a main source of income. It's quite clear that Boostly only want big businesses on board that are looking to grow now.
Which is fine, but it's how that change of direction was implemented which is the issue as so many reviews show.
It also appears that the founder prevaricated for 18 months after being given advice he needed to cut out the smaller players. which he now regrets. YET in this time he continued to take on new clients that were not his target market.
This is business information that it is unwise to publicly disclose. So what I would say is do you trust this company?
Support is poor, I have suffered from that myself when the SSL of my one property website expired. Apparently it was an old group certificate. I don't care about that, the company should have had a system to ensure certificates did not expire without renewal.
Luckily I spotted my website down after someone tried to "book direct" after finding us on an OTA and couldn't find the information to book. So much for Boostly being an exponent of direct bookings!!!
To be fair I now think that the behaviour of Boostly and it's employees is doing the whole book direct movement a disservice.
There are ethics involved in hospitality, trust works both ways. Long term success is on a foundation of upholding values of honesty, integrity, fairness and respect. As hospitality owners we create the best and most positive guest experience by upholding these values.
The founder started as "one of us". In hospitality himself. We trusted him, but many trust him and his brand no longer.
The founder is truely the Gerald Ratner of the hospitality world with his unguarded comments about his business which should be kept private.
And it's nearly a year since the "Boostly Bash", we all thought the founder was a hero to organise such a great party, we travelled from literally all over the world as well as the UK to attend. He did say it was "once only" event. Hmmm, in retrospect it was like having a funeral wake before throwing your customers under a bus.
To be fair most ex-customers have moved on, now have better and more secure websites and lower hosting fees. But the Beastly taste remains.
The founder always said he built a community and then a business, if you destroy that community do you also destroy your business?
It remains to be seen and it's a sad finale for a once bright business that helped many so much, especially through Covid.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Boostly as they undertook the project of building the direct booking site for my vacation home. From the onset, their team exhibited a level of professionalism and dedication that far exceeded my expectations.
What truly sets Boostly apart is their remarkable accessibility and swift response times. Every query I had was addressed promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless process throughout. Their attentive and personalized approach made me feel valued and reassured at every step.
I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone seeking web design and development services. Their exceptional service has undoubtedly set a new benchmark in the industry.

I have been with Boostly for a little over a year. They assisted with creating our high quality, direct booking website in order to generate direct booking traffic. This was only the beginning. They are so much more than just a website builder, I would look at them as an innovation company that is always partnering with other tech companies in order to bring more value to your hospitality business, whether through Customer Relations Manager (CRM) and its variety of applications such as email campaign, social media marketing, other 3rd party integrations, you name it.
With so much technology out there, it can be overwhelming what tool to use and how to use it. They make it simple by also providing weekly training calls, database of recordings to help you setup/troubleshoot/maintain your tech stack.
I can't say enough about Boostly, the time and value that they pour into their clients! There maybe a great number of website building companies out there, but I don't believe there is none that is hyper focus on the short term rental industry; continues to be the leader in direct booking traffic; through collaborations with other tech and hospitality companies.

I cannot say enough great things about Boostly. The amount of support and free recourses they provide definitely goes above and beyond. And they are always looking at ways to give more and improve!

After signing up for a lifetime membership of the Boostly academy somewhat 4 years ago, Boostly has now gone against its promises. The Academy was the Academy, but since the major price hike for website hosting with 2 weeks' notice whilst the founder was away on a business trip he left all the carnage to his UK staff to deal with, bearing in mind we used to receive umpteen various notices for a zoom call, via email, facebook, WhatsApp etc this was a hard pill to swallow, the original price was £10 per month, which then changed to £25 and the the straw that broke the camels back £97 per month, WOW! So if you don't agree to pay the monthly hosting fees you are booted from the academy. Luckily I also bought the do-it-yourself website, which I altered to suit my needs, there are still some Boostly members out there without a website. We were also promised that we would receive all the info from the Boostly vault if we did not agree to the new monthly rate, this has yet to be received. Boostly was an online community, not now! Even the long-standing Facebook moderators have been removed from the group as they are uncomfortable with the price increase and general feeling in the group, shame on Boostly ! Not to be trusted. The passion and love within the community is no longer present, this has been overtaken by greed. Anything posted negative towards Boostly and they will have it removed. Please do not fall for the false promises of Boostly.

Really nice company to work with. Understood our business and built us a great looking website and a fraction of the price of other companies we were looking at. The team were professional and I would recommend them.

Boostly ran a hugely insightful virtual summit this week.
Global speakers offered nuggets of their knowledge and experience to showcase what they can offer those in the STR sector who are either looking to scale their business or, like me, owning and award winning business and wants to keep abreast of opportunities to optimise my operation. It’s a very fast moving world with so many options.
So for these businesses giving their time to clarify their offers and share their expertise is invaluable .
Thank Mark Simpson for coordinating and creating these summits for the benefit of all.
They can be seen on Youtube.

I was part of the community for years, and even won a free website, which turned into, why not build me a big one! A year later and a 3rd draft, I was shocked at what they'd produced. You had one job. You didn't deliver and it took a year! So glad I got my refund.

Having experts in their field help guide me to improve my listing is always helpful.
Paul as always delivers new insights on making your Instragram most effective.
Craig was informative on SEO and since I know nothing about SEO I now have to educate myself more.:)
Enjoyed the Roasting of the listings because when you set up your STR and it is all ready to go, other people see it differently. Having a fresh set of eyes on your property is always a bonus.
FYI the month of November is not good for me as a Canadian. January is much better for me on my calendar.
Thank you again for putting this together as I know it is a lot of work.
Rest now and take some time enjoying your beautiful family. 🙏 😍
