I found out about them through a crowdfunding webinar and was drawn by their presentation and experience. When I booked a call, their clear and detailed explanations of prelaunch and live campaign marketing outreach convinced me I needed their program, especially after struggling to get it right on my own.

I ended up signing up to boostyourcampaign, and I am very pleased and confident that for someone like me, they offered me the necessary tools, instructions, and support to run a successful kickstarter campaign. They done for you email machine and their ads with the skin in the game offer they gave me, showed to be a proven system without the guesswork.

I highly recommend them because there is a lot in their offer for anyone that wants to launch and grow a business through crowdfunding and make sure that its done right with expert help.

This is most likely the best decision I…

This is most likely the best decision I could have ever made for my business. Boost gives excellent insights in their onboarding call, with a very clear explanation of their approach, and they continue that standard with high quality materials and deliverables. At no point did I feel I lost control, yet their team handled everything for me, from design all the way to putting the campaign live. I can highly recommend this company to anyone looking to launch a Kickstarter.

BYC took our little idea—a flat-pack solar lantern—and turned it into 300 k+. They broke down the scary ad stuff in plain English, kept us in the loop on every tweak, and even answered my panicked at 3 a.m. Smart, kind, and totally on our side. Would team up again in a heartbeat.

Their insights on what converts best…

Their insights on what converts best were spot on, and we saw strong lead growth before launch. The outreach they did for PR and influencers also helped increase awareness. It was great to have a team that understands the Kickstarter ecosystem. Definitely a solid choice if you want structured, results-driven marketing.

A LOSS OF MONEY AND TIME

It was a very bad experience: I run a small business as a 26 years old entrepreneur , I dedided to go live on Kickstarter and needed a "professional" company to help me reaching my goal. Initially it was 100k, they suggested me to fix 50k as Kickstarter goal, and our internal goal was 100k! They kept telling me it was so easy for them to reach it, they were super convinced and interested about my project. I signed a contract and paid 4000€ before starting, they promised me a free re-launch of the campaign in case of failure of the campaign. The first time we reached 21k, so it was the first failure. From that point thei interest was always lower, as they already know there was no chance, and they already kept their fee. In the second launch I asked to make some good change (since it should be their fiels, so they should know what works and what doesn't) but they feedback were always so superficial. Giovanni, the manager, always reply late with overly complex and unclear reponses. I WOULDN'T SUGGEST ANYONE this company, YOU LOSE MONEY (4000€ IN MY CASE) AND TIME (4 months).

First, we not only offered but delivered a full re-launch at no extra cost. In addition to fulfilling all agreed services, we also covered the cost of a complete redesign of your campaign page—something that was not included in your package.

Second, communication was consistent and proactive. We have 248 messages exchanged, demonstrating a high level of responsiveness and collaboration on our part throughout the process.

Third, it's important to acknowledge that product quality and fulfillment issues began surfacing early in the campaign, with public comments and online reviews highlighting customer dissatisfaction. One of the more diplomatic reviews states:

“Virale Streetwear is horrible. Low quality clothing line, and they do not ship when you pay them… The print is horrible. The quality is terrible…”

Such reviews understandably affect campaign performance, especially when early backers share concerns publicly.

Fourth, our colleague wrote to you directly:

“We need to change two things:
1. the designs offered in the collection and
2. lower the prices. The prices are perceived too high by potential backers.”

Your reply at the time:
“We cannot change the collection offered or lower the prices.”
Two weeks later—after launch—you asked to lower the prices, but by then it was too late to restructure the campaign mechanics effectively.

We had a good experience with the team. turn our website to something fab. Our old site was out dateed and hard to navigate but the new design is sleek fast and user friendly. Compared to other services we have tried their works stands out for its quality and attention to detail.

Do not trust BYC reviews and service

We hired BYC for our Aiklo/Stix project. We read the reviews before hiring them but gave credibility to most of the positive ones. As we worked with them until the end of the campaign, we realized we had made a mistake. I fully agree with the other negative reviews (I completely subscribe to Chris review from 8th Oct 24). The service they offer is a scam. DO NOT trust the high-rated reviews.

At first glance, everything seems well-intentioned, and communication is acceptable, but there is zero transparency.

The first draft of the landing page was terrible, with no logical structure. It looked like it was automatically generated. In the end, we had to create it entirely ourselves.
They do not share the ad account, so we have no way of knowing how much they are actually spending to generate leads. They only provide a dashboard with a graph showing the number of leads and CPC. The results are highly questionable, as the lead growth follows a perfectly constant pattern. It is impossible for the daily increase percentage to be almost identical every week.
They claim they spend a budget on ads, but they do not share any data. They generated 5,600 leads at an average CPC of $1.34, which would amount to $7,504. Does anyone really believe they spent more than what we paid for the service?
During the KS campaign, they were also supposed to spend on ads, but since they never shared any information, we are certain they did not spend anything.
The service included influencer collaborations to promote the project, as well as media presence. We asked them to send us links to all this content, but they have not provided anything. Now, they are not even responding.

If you hire these types of success-based agencies, you will be throwing your money away. They know that only a tiny percentage of projects reach their goal. So their real objective is to charge as much as possible while delivering the bare minimum service and, obviously, spending nothing on advertising—which is why they refuse to share any information.

This means that the work, ad spend, and resources invested in your project were covered by us upfront, only to be compensated upon success. If your campaign succeeds, we succeed. If it doesn’t, we bear the cost.

We strongly disagree with the claim that we lack transparency. We provided you with dashboard access, where you could track lead generation and cost-per-click (CPC) data in real-time. Additionally, you had direct links to the ads in Meta, allowing you to verify that they were actively running. Our approach ensures full visibility into campaign performance while maintaining necessary account security protocols.

The suggestion that our lead generation was "too consistent" is actually a testament to our optimization strategies, ensuring steady audience growth rather than random fluctuations. On top of that, any ad speclist will confirm that it is normal to set maximum cost for good running ads. Well-optimized campaigns often show consistent performance over time, which is a sign of efficiency, as did ours.

As part of our success-based model, we front-load the costs of advertising, meaning we put our own resources into running your ads before any payout. This is an industry rarity—most agencies require clients to pay ad spend separately. Your campaign generated 5,600 verified leads at an average CPC of $1.34, a highly competitive rate that reflects strategic ad execution.

Influencer and media collaborations were included in your package, and while external publishing schedules can cause delays in visibility, we delivered on these placements as outlined in our agreement.

Since 2010, we have successfully helped thousands of customers launch and scale their businesses. Our results and commitment to high-quality service have earned us partner agency status with multiple crowdfunding platforms, as well as Shopify and Amazon—recognitions that are only possible due to our proven success and high-performance standards.

That said, we cannot perform magic, and not every project succeeds—no agency in the world has a 100% success rate. However, we remain one of the only agencies willing to take on shared risk, investing our own resources into projects to maximize their chances of success.

I bought a shawl and some scarves from Boots n Bags Heaven. The shawl is soft and warm. The scarves are lightweight and colorful. I loved their variety. Everything is affordable yet classy. I will surely order more items soon.

I wanted to share my experience with BoostYourCampaign.com because they've made such a huge difference in our crowdfunding journey. We were hesitant at first - we had a good product but weren't sure how to present it, worried about hitting our funding goal, and had no idea how to build an audience before launch. Their preparation process was thorough and showed us exactly how to structure our campaign. The team (particularly Gio) helped build our strategy from the ground up. What impressed me most was their attention to detail - they helped us refine everything from our video script to reward tiers. In our pre-launch phase and first 30 days of the campaign, we saw impressive results: Built an email list of 12,000 interested backers before launch, Reached our funding goal in the first 18-19 hours, Their email marketing drove 45% of our pledges, Ad spend was efficient, average pledge amount was 40% higher than we projected. What sets them apart is their customized approach. They took time to understand our product and target backers instead of using generic solutions. They then did an test for our audience and product. The campaign page they helped us design actually told our story well, their ad strategies reached the right audiences, and their backer communication templates helped us build real connections with our community. The campaign structure was particularly valuable. They helped us set realistic reward tiers, introduced better ways to showcase our product, and set up proper tracking so we could understand where our backers were coming from. Their support has been consistently good. Regular strategy calls kept us on track, and they were responsive when issues came up (like when we had a surge of questions from international backers). Their knowledge base is comprehensive, and their community of other creators has been unexpectedly valuable for sharing experiences and advice. It's a significant investment, but the returns have been clear.

Plus, people were spending more time on our site and actually engaging with our content.At the end of the day, we could clearly see we were getting a solid return on our investment. We kept tabs on all this using different analytics and SEO tools. It was pretty satisfying to see the numbers improving across the board. A very professional experience.

Boost. Your Campaign delivered results beyond what they promised. In our three-month collaboration we genarate more results than originally expected, and had several journalists contacting us, and continued to publish even today. Well worth it.

Do your own thorough research and reach out to their “success stories”

Do your own thorough research of BYC and reach out to their “success stories” on their website. Also search for Kubble on Kickstarter to see our failed campaign due to their poor efforts. Reach out to me on Kickstarter.

We paid $5,900 for their top package and also signed up for their "Skin in the game" approach where they paid for ads during the pre campaign and campaign agreeing to take 15% of any funds they raise as a long as we hit our internal goal.

This service was supposed to include: signing up to Monday dashboard, the design of a landing page, viral loops page and campaign page, custom audiences, audience validation tests, perceived value tests, 60 days or pre campaign ads, live campaign ads, Newsletters, influencing and PR and live campaign social media and campaign control.

The first 2 weeks were great, they were proactive had me signed up to Monday and designed the landing page. They also ran 1 week of ads and supposedly had 793 email sign ups. But no evidence was provided for these sign ups, our social media following or engagement did not grow at all.

Red Flag 1: I asked to see the ads that were being used and also to see the list of email sign ups. I was denied this as they said "We are using the Skin in the game approach so this is their list to manage" Then they signed me up to their BYCstats portal which again just showed me numbers with no real evidence. Never have I worked with a marketing company that would not show me the ads running on the Meta business suite. They would not show me which ads were performing well and also which audiences they were using.

Red Flag 2: When designing the landing page and campaign page they repeatedly kept using images of old home made prototypes instead of the final prototype design. Also the digital designs they were producing were awful. I ended up having to set up a call to review them in detail as they were not understanding. I was told that they only complete 2 rounds of edits to the design of the pages. This doesn't make sense if they have their skin in the game why wouldn't they want the pages to look their best?

Red Flag 3: There was no viral loops page delivered.

The weeks went on and our email list supposedly grew to 8,400 emails (still no evidence was provided to me of this and our social media following had not grown at all).

Red Flag 4: They completely cut me off from contacting my potential backers. I had no way of communicating with the people that were signing up. When I asked them about this they said they were contacting the people that had questions on my behalf.

Red Flag 5: The audience validation and the perceived value reports were never delivered. Again no evidence was provided that the audience that they say they had was real.

Red flag 6: They told me to set the goal at $45,000 with the internal goal of $75,000 to be reached so that they can take their 15%. I was worried that this seemed high and that the goals are usually much lower around $5-10,000 to hit that on day one and work the Kickstarter algorithm. They assured me that I have absolutely nothing to worry about and that there would be no issues hitting the goal on day one and the internal goal a week or 2 later.

Red Flag 7: They sent a launch email using off brand, dull and blurry images of a home made prototype. When asked why they used these they ignored my email.

We launched on Kickstarter July 2nd (2 days before 4th July). We had 66 backers at the end of day 1.

Red flag 8: They did not handle any of the campaign comments, updates or management. They also went radio silent for 4 days due to the holiday and then complained when I became frustrated that they were not responding. They said I was over reacting and that they have handled multiple campaigns like this and to be patient and watch it turn around.

The campaign did not turn around. It did not improve at all. They did not deliver any of the reports to back up their claims of audience size & validation.

After 3 weeks of terrible metrics they finally admitted that the campaign was going to fail and that the next step is to cancel the campaign and relaunch with them at no additional cost.

I requested all of the evidence, reports, email list, audience validations over 2 weeks ago and they have not delivered any of it.

Communication and Email List:
We responded to over 95 emails and exchanged over 80 messages on Monday.com, averaging nearly 2 communications per day over the 90-day service period.

With 2 messages a day, plus 8 calls, we feel we went far and beyond to deliver excellent service and communication.

We sent 12 emails to the list, all of which you were copied on, allowing you to see all communications.

The "Skin in the Game" approach, including list management, was clearly outlined in our signed agreement and explained in multiple emails and a call.

As explained in our agreement and subsequent communications, we managed the email list we paid for and own the list until we received a payment from you. This payment never took place.

While we understand your desire to access the list directly, our approach is designed to protect the integrity of our marketing efforts. Any agency paying or owning their own list will only share the list after receipt of payment, not before. We made an offer allowing you to purchase the list, but we never received a payment.

Pledges and Ad Effectiveness:
Kickstarter data shows that approximately 95% of pledges came from the ads we ran during the pre-launch phase, demonstrating the effectiveness of our advertising efforts.

Ads and Approvals:
We provided access to all ads, including links to live ads and screenshots, through your Facebook and Instagram pages. We also used customers' Facebook and Instagram pages to run the ads.

We have documentation of your approval for the ads.

July 4th holiday
We replied to the email on the 4th of July, even though it was an official holiday.

That weekend, we received another email on Saturday at 11:45 PM, which was answered Monday at 08:31 am. There was no urgency in the email. We always responded promptly, even during holidays and weekends.

Landing and Campaign Pages:
The pages were created based on your input and approval. We incorporated your feedback in over 15 rounds of edits and edits on edits. Not 2.

Audience Validation and Perceived Value Tests:
These were shared at the project's start. We have records of delivering this information.

Goal Setting:
We recommended a lower initial goal to optimize the Kickstarter algorithm, a common and effective strategy. After considering our recommendations, the customer set and signed off on the final goal.

Campaign Management:
The package selected did not include direct communication with backers. We offer this as a separate service, which wasn't part of your chosen package.

Free Relaunch Offer:
Despite the campaign not meeting its goal, we offered a free relaunch, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to your project's success.

We stand by the quality and extent of our services outlined in our agreement. While we regret that the campaign did not meet expectations, our team worked diligently within the agreed-upon scope to support your project.
