Very important decision
I was extremely nervous about having a hearing aid but Helen put me at ease after she explained to me in detail. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. My audiologist was very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the results of my hearing test in detail. In general, he was kind and friendly but very professional.
