They went out of business, beware !!!!

they are shutdown i try to contact them no body answer and i cancel my order immediately . so beware

For all the people who still come here to find some info about Borderlinx: I guess we all know by now that they got out of business in a very shady way, parcels vanished and so on. Maybe they were a good company in their starting days years ago, but got worse by the minute. I am one of the lucky ones, not to have used their "services" but I once opened an account on their site. When I learnt of all the trouble surrounding them, I wanted to close and delete my account again (that was before they officially went out of business) and ended up on a "Oops, this site doesn't exist" after filling in the form for deleting the account. I mean how can such a site not be existing? Anyway, I wanted to contact their customer support, after I wrote a message and clicked on send I ended up on.... "Oops, this site doesn't exist". Today, you can get onto their front page, but whatever you want to click, no link is working anymore and just redirects you back to the front page. Good luck to all of you, who try to get their missing packages or money back from them!

they stole my ipad pro, so many words about everything will be ok, just wait please. They dont care about people, i lost 850$ with this company, and nobody will send my money back to me. i dont know what to do, it is a lot of money for me.

Ordered couple of items in Europe via website (on 9 Sept 18) and decided to used Borderlinx services to send items to Singapore. Waited one month, no parcel, and felt something was wrong. Decided to log into my Borderlinx account but could not log in. Wrote an email to customer service and have yet to hear from them (almost one week)
Anyone thinking of using their courier service, think twice.

Company either lost or just didn't send my package.
All contact with support personel turned out useless.
Now their site says they are shut down.

The worst.

They are now Out of Business but retained my package!!!! How can we sue them? I have ordered to Borderlinx UK a forward to Spain.

Horrible company. On June 15, 2018, I paid them approx. $72 via Paypal to ship merchandise from the UK to the US. Merchandise that I paid approx. $355 for initially. After over 2 months of going back and forth with them via the Borderlinx chat to ship the items that I'd already paid to get shipped, i was recently told by a Borderlinx rep that they are now closed and could no longer assist me. Really? So basically I am out of about $427. I paid Borderlinx for a service that they did not fulfill and my shipment is stuck there because of it. This is totally unacceptable and could even be considered criminal since this seems to be a form of theft on their behalf. HORRIBLE Company!!!

After suspending their Hubs in May, my shipment (meant to come to Germany) was withheld in the UK. Then borderlinx made me pay for an alternative shipping method. I did. But it never happened until the day.

WORST experience ever. I worked for them for a month and never got paid. I tried contacting someone (anyone) from this company and no reply. They should really shut it down!! I also started receiving calls from other employees working for them, let me just say MY privacy info was breached! I’ve also been receiving mail from PayPal (with the people I sent packages to) stating they were not able to make PayPal accounts due to not being properly identified AKA (fraud accounts). I really hope they find the people behind this company so they can be put behind bars!!! It’s now being called Porter Transportation. (porterdelivery.com) PLEASE! No one work for this company or buy!!!

Had around 10 items in their warehouse for 2 months which they kept me waiting for to ship despite me having paid early June. In the end I managed to get a courier to pick them up but they are now making me wait for a refund of the shipping costs I had already paid. Very poor service.

They are thieves. I had 3 pieces of clothing in their UK hub and arranged to have them shipped out by another courier and they refused to hand over the parcels.
They kept asking for pre-paid labels which I arranged with DHL and SHIP7 but still they would not release my parcel. They kept finding different excuses and sending me emails that they themselves would soon ship them out to me.
Finally they sent me an email that they seized my parcels because after 30 days i owed them storage chargers.
It was their intention from start to delay with all sorts of excuses so they time will pass.
I have all emails to prove it for anyone who wants to see.
UK police should look into this. They are a big scam and thieves

This company Borderlinx is a big SCAM. Should ben given negative rating not even 1 ..!! After taking my order and shipping charges, they did not replied and after few days I received an email stating that US hub is closing. We will not ship the order after certain date. I shipped my order from my suite before time, then after few days I received and email that my parcel has ben LOST!!!!! and you can raise the request for refund and you will get in 45 days.

Its been more than 70 days now!! I have been chasing them regularly but all support agents are fake!!! They have taken my parcel and not giving anyyy refund.!!

Its SCAM please beware.. trust pilot should mark this company as a SCAM..

They lost my packages, and showed no evidence to help me find my packages or make compensation. Thank goodness that they're closed. No more victims. I use Transbang now and this service is way too much safer and faster than Borderlinx.

They are thieves. Warning do not use them.

I have been waiting for 3 months for my shipment to arrive, they obviously lost it. I was always told to wait but now it is obvious that it was for nothing. Let's see if I get my money back but I somehow doubt it.

Been a month I paid for my goods lying in UK warehouse. Neither they are replying nor there is any info about my goods. Scam and bloody cheaters
