Cannot urt comment on the item as it is currently being made but the ordering process was excellent.

BC was responsive from the start and throughout the order process. All emails replied to quickly.
I ordered a bespoke piece of furniture, timescales were met and I was kept updated.
The furniture was delivered when BC told me and is lovely and very well made.

Needed to contact BC with regards to my previous order (all was in perfect working order and brilliant but needed something “tweaking “) and he provided amazing after sales customer service ! Solution provided and my rail looks incredible.

The product was exactly what I expected, it was a present for my girlfriend, and she really loves it.
It was for Christmas and there was some problems with the delivery but the team didn't let me down and I got it on time!
