Onprofesssioneel/te mijden

Ik bestelde een item bij bornerkitchentools, doch het beviel me niet. Ik liet weten beroep te doen op het retourrecht, doch mijn mail werd niet beantwoord. Ik nam dan telefonisch contact op en kwam terecht bij de zaakvoerder. Deze deed zeer weigerachtig om het artikel terug te nemen, was onbeleefd en zeer onvriendelijk. Ik verwees naar het retourbeleid op hun website en kon het artikel toch retour sturen. Na weken wachten en herhaald proberen contact op te nemen, werd het betaalde bedrag maar niet teruggestort. De verkoper had het label van Trustedshops en dus deed ik bij hen een beroep op de aankoopbescherming. Niet de webshop maar Trustedshops stortte mij het aankoopbedrag terug.
Indien je bij deze verkoper wenst te kopen, houd je er best rekening mee dat retourneren kan leiden tot onvriendelijke reacties, weigering om het aankoopbedrag terug te betalen en een hoop stress! Ik zal er niets meer kopen.
