Purchased Link bike. Unbeatable value and quality. Service superb, opening shop just for me while moving site. Four friends now riding Bossi and all very pleased. Maybe ti bike next time.

Great bike and service, very happy!

Happy to recommend Bossi and the bikes.. My new bike is absolutely awesome..

I looked around for commuter bikes and found Bossi bikes. I looked at the big brands, but their bikes are heavy and under equipped. I bought the Bossi Pulse. Very happy. It arrived very well packed in a box. I assembled it myself as I have the ability. Some easy fine tuning is required, but I am competent. If you are not, best employ a bike shop or knowledgeable friend to do the assembly. The bike is about 1 kg lighter than the Trek or Giant equivalent, and has much better components. James Bossi is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

As a newbie to Shimano gears (previous bike had SRAM twist grip) I found selecting gears a touchy-feely learning curve. I think a little explanation sheet or booklet would have helped. I am still coming to terms on the process! I am still not sure if they are adjusted correctly.
The second gripe is the front wheel inner tube valve stem was too short, I couldn't get my pump on it. Consequently I had to buy and fit a new tube with a longer stem.
Other than that the bike was delivered in good condition and in reasonable time considering my location.
I consider the BOSSI to be good value when compared to other machines of similar spec.
P.S. a model specific manual should be downloadable rather than one book for all.

Bought one just like that....I saw, I came (James even allowed me to bring my steel bike inside to his shop) kudos...great knowledge about bike, excellent customer service..and I bought the Flatbar one.

Fantastic friendly and professional service. Took my new Bossi Pilot for its first ride on the weekend and it went great.

Awesome bike for the money, the build is solid, the paint work makes the bike look amazing. I have had experience with bikes for 35+ years, this is truly good service at an excellent price.

James is a very nice guy with a vast knowledge of bicycles and everything bike related, i walked in there to have a browse and walked out with a custom Fabrica Titanium bike on order :) he even took me for a bike ride tour around Sydney to check out the sites as i am from Melbourne.
Highly recommend there bikes, go in and check them out!!!
