Love Boston Proper!! Great Quality and fast delivery. Sizing can be tricky at times but you can always return and exchange for the right size.

I enjoy shopping for unique clothing and that is what I look forward to when I shop with Boston Proper. Your prices are somewhat expensive so I sometimes wait for sales hopping my size is available.

I placed an order (first time ordering) on 7/30/2025. I received my order confirmation via email and estimated arrive date of August 2, 2025. I have not received my order, nor have I heard from Boston Proper concerning any delays. When I used the tracking number it shows deliver of August 2, 2025, however it shows “undelivered”. I have reached out via email and hope to hear from them soon and hopefully they will respond with a solution.

Love the different types of clothing that isn’t available elsewhere.
Would like to see some items in petite size.

The customer service lady today was very helpful indeed and understood completely what my concerns were.

I love everything I get from Boston Proper. True to size and most importantly wash and wear. I hang some things to dry. My entire closet is Boston Proper. I’ve been shopping this line for years. You will not be disappointed. Always stylish. I’ve also always gotten compliments.

Their products have gotten better over the past few years with quality.
I find most of the prices fair with today’s market. There are some full priced that are a little high. Sales are always good.

I would like to be asked to take survey after merchandise arrives. I see ads for Boston Proper regularly and I love the clothes I see. This is first time placing order and I had question for customer service. I did not get agent's name but she really was super nice and helpful.

BP always has great sales!
I was trying to cross-compare with some other websites, but BP beat all the other prices. I'm glad they have items you can handwash as I ordered a top with hardware that will go great with a couple of skirts I already have for a special occasion.
I found something with a knee length hem line too, so I could wear it to work with a nice jacket. I'm so glad I opened my email today from BP!

Most outfits are a little too form fitting and even though pretty, would look better on tall, thin women. I am short and straight up and down - just not great on me.
