Horrible experience they wanted to collect 40euros extra illegally even though I need formal notice first by mail. STAY AWAY BIGGES SCUM OOF THE EARTH

They are ignoring the emails even i was asking for payment link just increasing the amount to pay without any option to pay it before the get their profit , tried to contact support via chat on the website , the Sylvia from chat said to me that is dutch company and i need to speak dutch to talk to them , even if i have selected english on website.(After converation i was blocked in emails and chat becouse do not speak dutch)
Now after multiple tries i was ignored , they send an invoce to my employe again to pay 2xmore.
The people working there are racist and they will just ignore you to take their bonus from sales , i do not wish anyone to get a case with them.

Company made of racist stalkers that will give you wrong info only to suck out of you the most possible money.

After stalking me for over four months because the previous address was left without a contract (which nobody had informed me about, including the various providers who are also culprit in this for not informing me prior, knowing exactly i was going to leave my place without any contrac), i received threats letter from Bosveld.

Once contacted them, the representative just told me i only need a new contract and we would be fine.

I made on the same day a new contract and sent Bosveld all the details.

After this, for 4 straight days i wrote them asking for updates, and never got any reply back.

So i decided to call again, even now being abroad and also having to pay extra for this call.

Take note that while waiting in line, you provide your dossier number, so the agent answering knows you're actually calling for something real.. but this didn't stopped this racist representative to just hang up the phone on me, right after hearing my greetings in English. Well done Dutchies, always proving yourself worth of your fame..

Called a second time, and had to greet the new representative with a plead to not hangup on me like his colleague.

Finally able to talk, this other scammer said they received my mail with the contract (why the **** not answer?), and added that, i still had to pay an amount to close down the case. This was never mentioned before, and they gave a super basic nonsense answer to why they are sucking more of my money away.

Only after several minutes arguing, i was able to have them agreeing sending a mail with a link to pay.
After spelling my email to the representative, I asked to repeat it to me (as i wanted to make sure she got it right), and she like a crying racist baby went ahead and repeated my address in Dutch, I asked if she could repeat it in English instead, and she refused to.

Stalking me for months and never answer my several mails (didn't you wanted my money so bad? why do I have to chase you?), then suddenly pretending money from me and treating me like a piece of garbage with their racist attitude.
Most unprofessional garbage people I've ever dealt with.
