Give the pregnenolone powder a few days.... i felt much worse as the estrogen was being kicked out.... i took about 300mg a day for 3 days, it was rough.. now a tiny dip of the finger now and again, rub on the gums with some coconut oil and feel like a teenager again ..... we dont need a lot folks

Hi my name is Hannah, I've been taking milk thistle for the past 8 months, and I can honestly say it's made a noticeable difference in how I feel every day. Back in October I received some results that showed I had non alcoholic fatty liver disease. This diagnosis threw me for a loop, but thankfully for Naomi Botanica Health she introduced milk thistle and it has done so much for me. When I first started it I originally had low energy and occasional brain fog, and within the first two weeks, I noticed I was waking up more refreshed and staying focused longer throughout the day. When I had first went to my doctors I was advised to not take it, because they said milk thistle would be a “waste of time” . But when I had my six month follow up, I had no more signs of fatty liver & my blood counts have gone down. Fast delivery and very effective products - my long term cough and catarrh hugely improved after taking Sweet Chestnut Elixir and Thyme Syrup for a couple of days. After a few more days the symptoms had gone completely.
