The packaging was inadequate, customer support was inefficient, and the subsequent resolutions for mishandling errors were unsatisfactory. Following the receipt of an empty, damaged bottle and several others exhibiting signs of leakage, the proposed resolution was a refund of €3.66. I had to open a claim through PayPal and solved it. I cannot recommend their services.

This is my go- to cosmetics company. Whether it’s online or in- store shopping, I always receive good customer support (even though in stores I often end up buying things I don’t need, cause the sellers obviously get stimulation and offer the sections you’re not even interested in), but all in all, affordable, good quality, I’m happy we have this store in my city.
Everytime I ordered something online, everything went smoothly and quickly.

I ordered on 17th Dec and I have not received my delivery yet. Today 18th Jan , almost 1 month. When I read other reviews , it seems very common delivery issue with the courier. I used to buy Bottega Verde products when I lived in Malta and Italy and I like the products alot. I contacted to customer support few times. They were trying to help contacting courier to solve the issue. But there is no clear response where the package is. It seems lost. It is a pity that online shopping not so trustworthy because of delivery. Maybe you should change the shipping service.

My friend Aine Christa Maria Ni Bhroin placed a large order with your company, but the reviews were so bad that she tried to cancel. She was told that would not be taken out of her bank account. It was taken out, then the funds were returned to her account. She received the shipment anyway. She tried to be honest and return it. The company would not accept it. SShe sent you a text thanking you for the free products. Next thing 90 Euro was taken out of her account. She tried to place a second order feeling obligated to do so. This time 79 Euro was taken out of her account. Aine is from Dublin Ireland. I am from America. I also was thinking of placing an order with your company, but after reviewing your customer reviews I don't think so. I am questioning your legitimacy!

I can only write this as a previous customer . Love the products and always received great service however!! Not able to deliver anymore to the UK. So disappointing!! Have to rely on friends and family visiting Italy to get my favourite products that I ordered regularly 🙁 not ideal and not able to get them when needed anymore

I would suggest don’t buy their products online otherwise you pay for nothing!

One week ago I made an order, they took my money and never heard again from them. I wrote them 2 times to find out about my products but nothing. How can this things happen nowadays when all you can do is shop online? I should have read the reviews first.
Update. I wrote to customer service according to their message 3 days ago and I still get no reply. I would say save your money and don’t buy from an irresponsable company. I love their products but I’m not rich to give them My money away. I’m so disappointed.
Update 25/03 my package never came, since I paid through PayPal I escalated the issue and I ask for a refund which I got. Products are nice too bad I cannot buy from them online ever again.

I am a regular client from this company before. I spend nearly 50 Euro every time. I ordered my products from 26th of October to Ireland. I got my email from the post office on 3rd of November. Now nearly three weeks later, my products is not arrived yet. I went to AN post , they said the tracking number is only for Italian post. Before it takes two or three weeks, even in lock down. now its nearly a month. I wrote to the client service, it just say I will check for it. At least tell me where it is, it is really bad service.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on 14th April and today being the 12th of June I still have not received the order or a refund despite numerous e mails to them..be warned DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY JUST AWFUL SERVICE. .and no come back they just keep telling me my order is with the courier and should be delivered in.next few days !! But they don't tell you who the courier is. They honestly do not deserve even one star. ..!!
