very bad experience with them.

I had a very bad experience with them.
I ordered 150€ euros of items to make Christmas gift on the 10th of December (so much in advance).
They never told me anything and I had to discover by myself that my package was delivered and sent back to them.
They told me thay I could get a refund… got it one month after my purchase… exactly the same amount i spent, even the cents… not even a discount??
I lost money and time because of them and all I got was a late refund, no discounts and just auto-sent emails.
