Awful experience with staff

I had an awful experience at the Abbeille Road branch trying to buy three bottles of cold champagne.

They packed their cold fridge with horizontal bottles between the vertical bottles, so when you remove a front bottle, the horizontal bottles tip forward and fall out of the refrigerator. I caught the bottles, but the shop assistant shouted at me as if it were my fault. It was such an unpleasant experience I left empty-handed.

The most upsetting thing is that I am a longstanding client of Bottle Apostle, but the way this shop assistant treated me, I will not be returning. Much better customer service at Majestic and Phil Glass & Swigott - they know how to treat loyal clients.
