Great service

A nice store and good employees

A nice store and good employees. One man that help us find what we needed, was very, very good. He told me that has been working at the store 3 months. He should be trained to become a manager. Of a Bouclair store.

We ordered 4 chairs, went back for 2 more!

We ordered 4 chairs and loved them. Went back to the store 2 weeks later for 2 more. They are very comfortable, slide nicely on our tile floor, slim and fit perfect under the table. Fantastic regular price, but the sale price was too good to pass up! Shipping for the 4 chairs were via FedEx and was quicker then expected. The other 2 were in stock, but I was willing to get the shipped. The staff in store were very friendly and helpful. 2 people were looking for the last 2 chairs, we almost started the ordering process when someone found them. Very easy to put together and sturdy too!

I left the store with two different…

I left the store with two different lengths of curtains. As I understand that I made a mistake. That being said I feel that your sales staff should have noticed and questioned if that’s is something that I meant to do………. A little attention while cashing someone out would go a long way.
As an owner of a few retail stores myself I would be very disappointed in my own staff if this had happened at my business.
It was a huge waste of my time that could have easily been avoided.
