What a disappointment. I paid for a solar charge controller. FedEx at various times claimed that it had been delivered; later they claimed the package hadn’t even been given to them. In both cases, I was denied a refund. BougeRV lied about delivery and later lied that they had refunded me. This is stunningly poor performance.

It works great so far. Instructions could be easier, but then there's a lot about solar panels and lithium batteries I don't know about. Thank you!

It took me a while to figure out how it operates but once I did it was very easy to use. I have seen reviews indicating they had to use the app to get it to work. I did not want to have to use my phone to operate it and I don't need to.
