Item arrived quickly

It's been awhile since this transaction, but if memory serves, the item I needed (an AC cord for my 12v fridge because the 12v plug on my power station went out) arrived quickly and is serving me well.

My Bougerv kept my perishable food cold…

My Bougerv kept my perishable food cold through a three day tent camping trip in Yosemite, he went all the way back home in the street to the desert in Palm Springs, where I had a keeping my food cold in my hotel room and my car no problem such a luxury to have and it fits in my sub trunk on my Tesla model Y it’s just a treat to have Works awesome

Two units sent. Both faulty. Not a good coolant.

You have so far sent two units to me. Both are faulty. Not a good start as this is my first Bougerv purchase. Now awaiting a support reply after receiving that second unit.

Box arrived crushed and with no…

Box arrived crushed and with no charging cable.

Initially shipping a crushed box without a cord, then taking a month to provide the part is not deserving of 4 stars or above. I’m not 100% holding you responsible for the box, but the packing inside the box itself also looked mangled and mishandled. This fan is not cheap, and because of this, I had to spend time and a much higher price buying a fan that I could actually use on my trip (a lot more than $10). I’ll update the review to 3 stars as I did forget about the credit. I do appreciate the follow-ups, but this was not 4-star service or above that you are requesting. Your comment of communication is key is both condescending and unnecessary. Enough to not shop here again.

Additionally, I do like the fan and referred a friend to purchasing it from you so you’ll have an opportunity to earn that rating with them which I think is fair.

However, I would like to kindly clarify that we have already taken steps to resolve this for you. A replacement charging cable was sent out, and the tracking information shows it was delivered in May. In addition, we also issued a partial refund as a goodwill gesture to compensate for the inconvenience.

The set-up is not ideal with 2 cords

The set-up is not ideal with 2 cords, one of which needs to be longer, connecting to the battery through a hole in the back of the unit. The battery didn’t seem to last long the 1st time I used the fridge - and I paid more for the VIP model that is supposed to have much better insulation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear that your experience with our VIP series fridge has been frustrating — especially since you purchased a model that's supposed to deliver high performance, and it didn't meet your expectations.

The points you raised are very valid. Regarding the cord length and the design that requires connecting through a hole in the back of the unit — I fully understand how that could make installation awkward or limiting. However, as the 277Wh is an external battery, it does need to be connected to the fridge via a cable. We actually provide two cigarette lighter cables — one longer and one shorter — to accommodate different usage scenarios. That said, I will make sure your feedback is passed along to our product team for consideration in future improvements.

Even more concerning is the battery life issue you experienced on the very first use — and I regret that we didn't receive any feedback from you about this issue before. We would like to look into this further. We have already contacted you via email — would you be able to provide us with more details regarding the battery life? We would like to arrange a thorough inspection and, depending on the situation, offer you a replacement, a refund, or other compensation.

Please give us a chance to make this right.

Mostly good experience

Mostly good experience, there's issues with menu items hopping over things of interesst, and we initially picked the wrong solar panels because they all look and are named similar and they are similarly priced if a panel isn't on sale and the one I want is on sale. Likewise, the moble device experience had a couple of pain points (names of the panels are long enough that they weren't fully displayed on a phone)

These are all last 5% issues and we got them resolved, but the moment in time where I realized I ordered 4 of the wrong panels and hadn't reched you in time to correct it was a little stressful.

Panels were delivered when expected and were packaged excellently and perform GREAT. (at times above their rated 200 watts per panel)

The fridge/freezer is small and does not hold much. But it is lightweight and easy to carry which makes it convenient for me to use it for regular grocery shopping in storing cold and frozen foods.

Worst online purchase I've made
