If you read a review from someone having a bad experience with Customerr Service, realize this some people have legitimate complaints but give up before CS can evaluate the legitimacy of such claims. Others have bogus claims. Customer service is a process and for the customer (like myself) it can seems needlessly slow, but it is a process and bougerv is a multinational company. It's hard to emagine what that means to an average person. They will work with you but be fair, honest and realistic

The unit is fine and seems to do a good job. However, when I called to see if I could buy a longer car cord as mine doesn't quite reach where I need it to, I was brushed off and told simply "no".
I have a hard time believing I'm the first to need this. So at the moment, I have placed the unit inconveniently, taking up valuable main trunk space instead of the sub-trunk in my Model Y (there are some of these where the rear 16v plug does not work properly, and mine is among them).
Please offer a solution!

Unfortunately, my original CRD2 2.0 refrigerator developed a fault shortly after delivery and stopped cooling. After contacting support, the team responded quickly, reviewed the information I provided, and arranged a replacement without any hassle.
The replacement unit arrived promptly and is working perfectly.
I would especially like to thank Jamin and the BougeRV support team for their professional, polite, and efficient service throughout the process.
While it was disappointing to receive a faulty unit initially, the way BougeRV handled the warranty claim has given me confidence in the company and its products.

AC use so far. Works well
So far, I have had positive experiences purchasing the Rocky 55quart combo fridge and freezer. The item arrived in a timely fashion and was easy to set up. The app was easy to learn and implement. I haven't had experience with customer service yet, so I can't speak to that. I use it plugged in at home to store freezer and fridge overflow from the main kitchen fridge. I am used to the temperature reading on the panel being different than what the actual internal temperature is, but it has been consistent, so I make a mental note to program the settings at a slightly lower temperature to make sure my items are kept cold enough.

Weeks of shipping problems and no support
My experience with BougeRV customer service has been very disappointing.
In May, I purchased a rooftop tent and was later informed that I would need to pay an additional $80 shipping fee because my address was considered a remote delivery area. This was not disclosed before purchase. I attempted to work with the company by providing an alternative business address and spent weeks trying to find a resolution.
While trying to verify whether the website would still offer free shipping to my address, I accidentally placed a second order. I realized the mistake immediately and contacted BougeRV by phone and email within minutes requesting that the entire order be canceled.
Although BougeRV canceled one item from the order, they did not cancel the remaining item despite my request to cancel everything. I continued to email them and clearly stated that I did not want the item. I later received a shipping notification anyway.
When I called customer service, I was told that nothing could be done over the phone, there was no manager available to speak with, and that all communication had to be handled by email.
Based on my experience, communication has been difficult, resolving issues has been frustrating, and there appears to be no effective way to escalate customer concerns.

I am very satisfied with BougeRV. There was some confusion about my delivery of a fridge and battery, but this turned out to be completely my own misunderstanding. Customer service agent Abi handled it perfectly. She contacted me immediately in a very friendly and professional manner, and we cleared it up in no time. Great communication, fast service, and a wonderful product!
Ontzettend tevreden over BougeRV. Er was bij ons thuis wat verwarring ontstaan over de levering van de koelkast en de accu, maar dit bleek achteraf volledig een misverstand aan mijn eigen kant te zijn. Medewerkster Abi pakte dit direct heel vriendelijk en professioneel op. De communicatie is snel, de service is top en het product is geweldig!
