Shocking and Terrible service!! Discriminated against my disabled son and when made a complaint you just get ignored and don’t get a reply from the staff. Not attempt to apologise or rectify just met with a wall of silence. Stayed here many times but never again
Spent New Year here, lovely hotel and rooms, good location, staff very polite, lovely food, would definitely return. Only negative was the DJ on NYE, he was absolutely shocking.
