Absolutely scam of a buisness. I ordered e-giftcards 3 months in advance for my girlfriend's trip. Its been 4 months now and still no gift cards. But hey I got my order confirmation and billed my card with confirmation saying the giftcards will be sent in another email. Never received them. I have contacted their customer support email multiple times and never got a word back from them. But hey keep sending me you daily flyers from the same email. I swear this company is just a money laundering scheme. Good luck ever getting your money back too! This company should not be in buisness with how much negative reviews and horror stories I have heard. My fault for thinking I could get a simple giftcard.

If zero stars was an option… I emailed Boutine LA over 2 weeks ago now that they A) sent me the wrong product and B) sent me another product that is defective. I sent them pictures via email since I can’t use their online return on the website since I am not located in the US. I haven’t received one email response after emailing them at least every 3-4 days.

Ordered over 7 times from them over the last 3 years, I have never had an issue with an order. I have almost all of their bathing suits some of which are at least three years old and still look like the day I got them, no stretch, no fade, worn in salt water and chlorinated water.
Once I had a strap adjustment clip thingy break and I reached out to their customer service department and explained what happened and they said that unfortunately they do not have any more inventory of that particular top. So they told me to pick out a whole new set and they shipped it to me immediately free of charge.
Several of my friends buy from them as well and have not had any issues. I was really surprised to see so many bad reviews….

Absolute sh*tshow! Customer service is non existent, if you do manage to get someone to reply after 8 emails they have no idea what they are saying, you’ll get rude emails back and promises for a refund. Then after months of emailing them they say item is refunded and will take 5-10 business days but there you are 5 MONTHS later and still no refund and now no one answers your emails either :)

The same experience as many others. Do not order from this website. They sent me the completely wrong item, then said they’d refund me within 2-3 weeks. It’s now been many months. The customer service was responsive up until after they lied and said they would “start the refund process” 😂. I’ve now followed up multiple times and they aren’t responding. Hilarious.

I ordered a bikini from them which I received and looked used and it was way too skimpy/poor quality, so I returned it and it’s been over a month and they won’t refund me. The tracking number shows they received my package on February 18th and I’ve been going back and forth with PayPal because boutine LA never answered my emails and won’t give me my money back. STAY AWAY.

Ordered swimsuits and some items didnt fit right so I returned.. they confirmed they recieved my return and I would be refunded but I have recieved no refund and its been almost 3 months. Terrible company. Feel robbed and scammed
The worsest experience ever
The worsest experience ever! I haven’t received my swimsuits, because they mixed up the address and I asked for a refund, customer support answered that the refund will be in 10 days, but then stopped to answer at all, and I haven’t received anything in around 2 months! So I had to complain about the situation to the PayPal, and the company even doesn’t want to answer to the PayPal anything! So PayPal said that they are going to finish situation on my side. I’m waiting for the refund.

Product never arrived, customer service was non existent and never answered. Asked my CC for a chargeback and Boutine LA answered that my products were delivered.
Tracking says it was delivered to a mailbox in Irvine (CA), the city where Boutine LA sits. Can‘t answer my mail but the CC chargeback. Never again.
Got what I ordered in reasonable time
I can of course only judge by my experience with them, which was only one order. But I feel obliged to write this review in light of the amount of bad reviews on here.
Anyways, I‘ve ordered a single item on June 22nd from Germany, which arrived there on July 5th, so just shy of two weeks, which isn’t that long for transatlantic shipping. The item I received was indeed the one I ordered and feels to be great quality, I really don‘t have any complaints.
So, maybe you have to have luck with them and maybe small orders help this…

This has happened to me twice now,
I ordered two of the same bottoms and only one bottom was delivered. I contacted customer service 6 times now by emailing them because that is the only way to contact them and both times this has happened nobody got back to me. I even left a message on their Instagram. My daughter and her friends really like this brand but after these occurrences we will not be ordering from them anymore. It’s been three months of emails and no reply

Buyer beware- I didn’t even do anything wrong, they sent me the wrong colour bathing suit (red rose instead of rose floral) which is innocent enough but I already waited 1 month to receive my item which was wrong when they straight up ignored all my pleas to correct this issue. I ordered Jan 15, received Feb 9 and it is currently Feb 20 with no response. I’ve sent countless emails with my order number, photos and nothing. Looks like I should have checked here before ordering- and even if I did receive the correct package I now do not want to support this awful company.
Beware!!!!! They do not care about their customers.
I have purchased several things for my wife. They have nice stuff. But their customer service is absolutely terrible. Twice now they have not fulfilled my order. The first time it took me weeks and contacting the BBB to get a resolution. This time it has been just over 2 months and they have not answered multiple emails and would not answer BBB. Today I filed a complaint with the California Attorney Generals Office of Consumer Affairs. As long as they get your money they don’t care what happens afterwards.
