How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
Surveys are sent from no-reply e-mail addresses. Some hang after answering multiple questions. Frequent issues exchanging points for vouchers (have 4600 points but can't exchange 4500 for €20 voucher), must contact support. Otherwise good. It does work and support is good, crediting manually when there are issues (which is often).
Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.
