Didn't recieve all my order, when I called them they had difficulty locating all my order as it showed on their system it was all sent, dispatched and arrived but all that was in the package was 2 orders out of the 7.

I never received my order or any updates I had to chase them which caused me such an inconvenience

The top button fell off and there was no spare ! The form to fill in is quite difficult. Not impressed at all because I thought that buying an expensive pair of pjs that they would last more than 2 days wear!!

The bra was advertised a comfy but I find it just medium comfort

Do not buy! Their sizing is whack and when I finally got assistance after being ignored for days they gaslit me and told me it was because briefs and g strings are different sizes and I should know this. None of them are mega high waist so this makes no sense whatsoever. I ordered 4x size 6 underwear and half of them are half the size of the other! Customer service was awful!!

Boux Avenue provided a great online shopping experience, providing parcel information throughout. My parcel was delivered on time. I had ordered more than one size for fit and the return process for unwanted items was really easy. The quality of the items was excellent.

Product was fine, and items individually well packaged. Could have done without the exterior branded package paper though. Ordering was a nightmare - wanted it sent to a store, but if picked, the app would not let me proceed to payment nor did it state there was an error like missing data. Told Customer Servs, but they didn’t know why. So had to have it sent to home. Then the delivery was slow - they said it would be here next day, it actually took 4 days. They use Royal Mail, and my post is perfect these days, so slowness was down to Boux Avenue.

Love our matcha pyjamas and in the sale too. Lovely soft material.
