I accidentally sent Bitcoin via a Bitcoin SV address, my bad.
When I reached out to the company, the first agent I dealt with told me they could recover my funds, but it would take a couple of days. I let a few days go by, and reached out to them again, only to be informed that there was no way for them to recover the funds. When I explained that there was it is possible because BTC and BSV share the same "Legacy" address format. The same private key that controls a BSV address also controls the corresponding address on the BTC network, they simply insisted there wasn't, and terminated the conversation.

We do have a disclaimer in place to remind players funds sent to an incorrect wallet address or blockchain network may result in a loss of funds. It’s never a situation we want players to face, but because crypto transactions are irreversible and network-specific, recovery isn’t something we can facilitate.
That said, we’re sorry if the communication you received felt dismissive or abrupt. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, even when the answer isn’t the one you were hoping for.

I really don’t have anything bad to say about this game. I mean you win some you lose some sometimes you can break even sometimes you can win a big payout. My latest win I believe was on February 18.
