Tony and George were brilliant. They dealt with a dead rat that had been eaten by birds and was extremely unpleasant. They came so quickly and were really lovely. Highly recommend.

I saw a rat on my patio on Saturday morning and contacted Tony who came with his son within 10-15 minutes as luckily we live nearby. I have a phobia of rats and was very anxious. Tony and his son were wonderful and so professional and managed to calm me down with their advice. If you need pest control they are the best.

Tony and George turned up on time and not only offered plenty of advice but also put a plan in place to sort out our rat problem. They are friendly but professional at the same time.
Can highly recommend them.

We had a rat in our kitchen and it turned out quite a few more. They were quick and courteous in response. Tony assessed the issue professionally and then did the treatment. While not cheap, it was extremely through and we now have a rat free house.

Tony and his son George came within 35mins of me calling to sort out a wasp nest in the guttering to our property (the builders found it when trying to replace our gutters) - this meant that the work could stay on track that day. Very relieved to find such a friendly and reliable pest control firm.

Sorted out our wasp nest quickly and efficiently. Rang and sorted out all in the same day. Kept me up to date with what they were doing and reassured me of what to expect. Would definitely recommend as they're knowledgeable, friendly and very professional.

For the very first time, I feel that there may be a potential solution to my rat issue. The guys from Bovvers were knowledgeable, reassuring and identified a potential source (which wasn't picked up by the previous pest control company). More importantly, I now have a plan of action which I hope will result in a permanent solution.

Tony and George came highly recommended by a friend of ours. She had had several pest control companies in to no avail, but Bovers sorted out her problem. We were concerned when we saw a rat on our patio. They found the entry point to our property, put in a one way trap, eventually blocked the hole then put traps in the cellar. It didn't return.
They informed us at every step and were extremely knowledgeable. They also took great care not to make a mess.
We can thoroughly recommend them!

I have used these incredible guys twice now. Once at an older property where we went through 4 pest controls with rats, all put down bait and sticky traps and nothing happened, I was heavily pregnant and so upset as I kept seeing rats and it seemed these companies didn’t care and just kept charging me for doing nothing. Tony and his lovely son came and was the first company who looked at WHERE they were coming in, there and then they spent time investigating, found the entry and exit points and resolved the problem. Fast forward to today, moved into a new lovely home and woke up with a fruit bowl eaten and blood everywhere.. rats again. So wasted no time in calling Tony and he was with me within 45 minutes, found the problem and resolved it.. was in all the holes, unscrewing cabinets and found entry and exit point… these guys are real life heroes! Couldn’t recommend enough

On a Saturday morning I found a dead fox in my garden. I searched online and saw a good quote on Bover's PVDC website. I left a message through their website. In minutes I had a reply that they can come later on that morning. An hour later I had a call that they are on their way and in few hours since contacting them, they already came and removed the fox from my garden. I want to thanlk Tony and his son for their swift and efficient action. I highly recommend their services.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a pest control company that was working in my neighbour's garden. While I cannot speak to the overall quality of their pest control services, my experience with one of their employees left much to be desired.

As the pest control worker was treating my neighbor's garden, he thoughtlessly threw a significant number of leaves into my own garden. When I approached him about the issue, his response was far from satisfactory. Despite acknowledging his mistake, he seemed dismissive and unapologetic, stating that it was only a "handful of leaves" and commenting on the state of my garden.

What disappointed me most was the lack of genuine remorse in his apology. He seemed sorry only in words but not in attitude, displaying an unprofessional and rude demeanor throughout our interaction. It left me questioning the level of customer service and professionalism this company instills in its employees.

While I understand that mistakes can happen, service providers need to handle them with grace and take responsibility for their actions. Unfortunately, this particular individual failed to meet these expectations, leaving me with a negative impression of both him and the company he represents.

I hope that my experience serves as feedback for the pest control company to address issues related to professionalism and customer service among its staff. Potential customers should be aware of the possibility of encountering similar attitudes and behaviour when dealing with this company.

They knew what they were doing and explained clearly the process. Would use them again.
