Everything perfect

Bovis still haven't finished surfacing the roads on the Ribbans Park Development and its been 6 years since the development was supposedly "finished". Because of this the roads are now in a terrible state on the development haven't been adopted by the county council so no authority is responsible for any pothole repairs for example, this has a significant impact on trying to sell the property on the development.

Moved into my house on the quarters at Redhill 5 week ago. In those five weeks, I have been told that my address is incorrect and needed changing which has caused significant financial losses and stress changing everything again. And also, I have experienced 3 leaks. 2 of these leaks have been under the sink, the first was because the plumber hadn’t connected the washing machine prior to us moving in and the second was because they incorrectly reconnected the washing machine after changing a kitchen side panel. Over the past week, I have discovered a leak in the bathroom due to them not installing and sealing around the bath/shower door correctly. This has caused severe water damage to my walls and flooring. This company have caused nothing but financial losses and stress to what should’ve been a happy situation moving into my first home.

Gav showed me round the 3 bed house , he was very knowledgeable about the build and site as a whole . I loved the house however just not ready to move just yet.

Stunning house and always loved the location coming back next week to view the 3 bed sunday the guy Gavin i spoke to was very informative and left us to wander round the stunning house love the brick work and everything about the way the property was dressed

We are so happy in our new home - everything has been finished to such a good quality and the service from Jason, Debbie and Karl has been amazing! Any teething issues were dealt with promptly and nothing was too much trouble! They have helped make a move an entirely positive experience and we couldn’t be more grateful! This is my first time buying a home and with such a big relocation from London-Newcastle I was really nervous it would be super stressful. Catherine the sales manager on site has gone above and beyond for us. Being unable to view the house as often as we’ve like, she’s kept us in the loop every step of the way, with pictures and texts. Catherine answered all questions promptly and clearly so we understood them. Even when we did come up to view the plot, Catherine was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The biscuit jar was always full for my in-laws. Thank you so much Catherine, I genuinely think this process would have been really difficult without you!
