The bathroom cleaner and limescale remover work great but I have found I have black forming in the toilet since using the toilet cleaner. The photo is a week between soaks. Also the hand soap rubber jacket gets soap and water in the bottom of it.

Lovely products, well presented, reusable, and effective. The timescale cleaner has to be favourite; very effective and fast acting, makes a huge difference in my bathroom. Came with the glass bottles that are reusable that looks great in any kitchen and/or bathroom. No harsh smells from any of the products, including the hand wash which has a very neutral scent.

The limescale remover is excellent and removed old limescale with no scrubbing. It is much better than any other product on the market. Unfortunately the toilet cleaner did not remove limescale from my toilet bowl as claimed which is very disappointing. The bathroom cleaner is really good but the scent is so strong it makes me cough. It works so well that I will probably buy it again but would prefer unscented or a gentler scent. I will also buy more limescale remover but not the toilet cleaner as it worked no better than cheap high street products.

Absolutely amazing. It smells great and natural and more importantly the limescale that was present around my painted wooden sink surround has gone. I have tried various products which have not worked. It leaves a lovely sheen, never seen before. Im about to place my next order!

I really like the limescale cleaner and the toilet cleaner. The bathroom cleaner is good as is the hand soap, but what I really don’t like is the glass bottles, especially the clear ones, not visually appealing. They are heavy and uncomfortable to hold. Smaller if you need to use glass for certain products or perhaps metal ones?.

The bathroom cleaner seems to keep the bath, basin and toilet looking cleaner and smelling fresher for longer than the likes of Flash or Mr Muscle products. The toilet cleaner doesn't seem to clean any better than Domestos, or the like, but it smells better. Same with the hand cleaner. But the facts of the products are better environmentally and you only need buy refills, plus the glass dispensers for putting them in makes the whole system worthwhile.

Received quickly. Upon opening the box there was a disgusting smell of cat urine. I put packaging paper & box in bin. I washed the glass containers but the silicon bases need to be washed in the dishwasher to reduce/remove the smell. Refil containers did not smell, but I washed them also. I am impressed with the limescale cleaner. We live in a heavy limescale are and it removed it with a little rubbing. The bathroom cleaner also dealt with soap scum well but it did leave streaks on the shower screen and it did leak down the bottle when I squeezed the trigger. Might consider the specific glass cleaner if I continue with the order. Wish I could create my own starter bundle with free containers. I have the hand soap which I doubt will use as I use tablet/bar soap. Managing timing of future orders is complicated to reduce delivery costs. Unsure if I will continue.

Not that easy to fill the glass bottles with the flexible pouch - nozzle on the corner of the pouches would have made it easier to hold and direct the flow into the bottles

These products work better than others I've used - the toilet cleaner worked SO well, the bathroom cleaner smells nice and works (most brands do though) and the limescale remover was also totally fit for purpose. And there's the bonus of the simple classy packaging.

The bathroom starter kit is good, I just wish there were labels for the various bottles which matched the items in the kit.
