This was the product that really sold me on Bower Collective. Hard water has wreaked havoc with my hair but from the first time I used this conditioner the effect was instant. Beautifully conditioned hair with no frizzing, no tangling and the smell is amazing. This is the only product I will now use. Photos are before using Bower Collective and after.

Not a cheap conditioner, but really works! Nourishing and makes hair really soft, especially when used with the shampoo. Smells lovely too!

Horrific customer service and website design. Clearly not tested for use on android devices. 4 weeks to cancel a subscription after issues at their end. 3 payments taken after I had been assured all had finally been cancelled. Only finally received apologies and refunds once I'd left a negative Trust Pilot Review. Not good for your carbon foot print if they're shipping parcels that are not wanted and you're having to spend your own time and more carbon footprint sending them back!
