My dishwasher uses a lot of rinse aid....don't know if it's the machine or the product. Everything is always streak free and clean though.

So far so good, I got this alongside the dishwasher tablets and everything has come out clean and sparkling. There is also no more chemical smell on my dishes etc which is great as the purpose for our change was not only environmental but also to help our gut health. Pleased with the results so far.

It was free so I cant feed back on value. It does a good job, no issues so far. Transferring into the machine with the pouch is a very easy way to fill up.

Great product. Delivery however was not good. Arrived on the doorstep very battered. Half of rinse aid had leaked out. This is the second time this has happened. Great product let down by careless handling.

Other mainstream products left my plastics and pans tasting like lemon and I could taste it in the food (🤮). This rinse aid has been incredible though. No yucky aftertaste, lasts ages in my slimline dishwasher. Can send the pouches back. Originally had an issue with my account (typo in email address) and customer services were incredibly efficient and got everything fixed.

Refill is fine. But I have changed debit cards (I got scammed) and there does not seem to be anyway of updating my card.. When I try to do it it doesn't work. Fixing that would be enormously helpful as I currently can't buy anything.
